Abstract
중합성기를 갖는 메탈로신 착물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물을 폴리올레핀의 제조에 사용할 수 있다.
촉매 조성물은 메탈로신 착물을 포함하는 중합체 형태일 수 있으며, 무기 담체에 적절하게 담지된다. 광범위한 밀도와 용융지수 뿐만아니라 낮은 함량의 핵산 추출물과 우수한 부말형태 및 유동성을 갖는 중합체를 촉매조성물을 사용하여 수득할 수 있다. 바람직한 메탈로신 착물은 중합성기가 비닐인 지르코늄 착물이다.

Claims (20)
1종 이상의 중합 촉매 및 1종 이상의 하기 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 메탈로신 착물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀의 중합용 촉매 조성물;
M〔XRn〕xYp(Ⅰ)
〔상기식에서, R은 1가 또는 2가의 C1∼C20히드로카르빌, 또는 산소, 규소, 인, 질소 또는 붕소원자를 치환기로 함유하는 C1∼C20히드로카르빌이고, 단, 1개 이상의 R기는 중합성기를 함유하고, 바람직하게는 3개 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 2개 이상의 R기가 존재할 때는 이들은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, R이 2가 일때는 이들은 직접 M에 결합되고, Y리간드를 치환하며, 여기에서, X는 시클로로펜타디에닐 원자고리를 함유하는 유기기이고, M은 ⅣA족 금속이고, Y는 1가 음이온 리간드이며, 구조식(1)에서 n은 1 내지 10의 정수이고, x는 1 또는 2이며, x=1일때, p=0-3이고, x=2일때, p=0-2이며, 구조식(Ⅱ)에서, n,m 및 1은 n+m+1≥을 만족하는 정수 또는 0 이며, p=0∼2이고, Z는 C1∼C4알킬렌 라디칼 또는 디알킬 게르마늄 또는 규소 또는 알킬 포스핀 또는 아민 라디칼 또는 상기시클로펜타디에닐 원자고리에 다리결합된 탄소원자 1 내지 4개를 갖는 히드로카르빌기를 함유하는 비스 디알킬실릴 또는 비스 디알킬게르마닐이다〕
제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 M은 지르코늄인 촉매 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 중합성기는 올레핀기인 촉매조성물.
제3항에 있어서, 올레핀기는 비닐기인 촉매 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 메탈로신 착물이 무기담체에 담지된 촉매 조성물.
제5항에 있어서, 무기담체가 실라카, 알루미나 및 ⅡA족 금속 할라이드로부터 선택되는 촉매 조성물.
제1항에 기재된 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 1종 이상의 메탈로신 착물의 1종 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 올레핀의 중합용 촉매 조성물.
제7항에 있어서, 중합체가 1종 이상의 올레핀 및 1종 이상의 메탈로신 착물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 중합체가 무기 담체에 담지되어 있는 촉매 조성물.
조촉매와 혼합된 제1항 또는 제7항에 따른 촉매 조성물.
제10항에 있어서, 조촉매가 유기 알루미늄 화합물인 촉매 조성물.
메탈로신 착물 및 올레핀을 불활성용매 및/또는 조촉매 존재하에 함께 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항에 따른 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
1종 이상의 올레핀 단량체와 제1항 또는 제7항에 따른 또는 제12항에 따라서 제조된 촉매 조성물을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 올레핀 중합방법.
제13항에 있어서, 중합이 기체상으로 실행되는 방법.
제13항에 있어서, 올레핀 단량체가 에틸렌인 방법.
1 내지 3g/10분의 용융지수(ASTMD 1238 조건D), 0.910 내지 0.925g/㎤의 밀도를 가지며 이로부터 25㎛ 두께에서 250g이상의 충격강도를 갖는 블로우 필름이 제조될 수 있는 다공성 분말형태인 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 및 C3∼C8알파-올레핀을 포함하는 공중합체.
제16항에 있어서, 0.37 내지 0.50g/㎤의 벌크밀드, 400㎛ 내지 1200㎛의 평균입자직경 및 125㎛ 이하의 미세분말이 0 내지 1%인 분말특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체
제16항에 있어서, 0.914 내지 0.920g/㎤의 밀도 및 1.5 내지 3/10분의 용융지수를 갖는, C4∼C6알파 올레핀을 포함하는 공중합체.
제16항에 있어서, 필름에 2% 이하의 핵산추출물을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
제16항에 있어서, 분말이 기체상 공중합 방법에 의해 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
