Abstract

부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구는 외측 슬리브와; 중간 슬리브와; 내측 금속부와; 상기 내측 금속부와 상기 중간 슬리브 사이에 있는 고무 스프링을 구비하고 있다. 상기 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구는 외측 슬리브와 중간 슬리브 사이의 환상의 공간내에 관성 감쇠 채널을 구비하고 있다. 감쇠분리는 분리판에 의해 이루어지며, 상기 분리판은 지지수단에 결합되어 있고 중간 슬리브의 반경방향 외측으로 연장되어 있다.

제1도는 분해도시된 바와 같은 분리 조립체를 구비한 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구 상부의 부분절개 사시도,
제3도는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구의 부분절개 평면도,
제4도는 본 발명의 분리 조립체를 도시한 부분절개 정면도,
제5도는 제4도의 5-5선을 따라 절단한 횡단면도,
제6도는 제3도의 6-6선을 따라 절단한 종단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 외측 슬리브와; (b) 상기 외측 슬리브의 반경방향 내측에 위치하여 상기 외측 슬리브와의 사이에 환상의 공간을 형성하는 중간 슬리브와; (c) 상기 중간 슬리브의 반경방향 내측에 위치한 내측 금속부와; (d) 상기 내측 금속부의 외면과 상기 중간 슬리브의 내면에 접착되고, 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구에 작동유를 수용하는 상부챔버와 하부챔버를 제공하도록 직경방향으로 위치된 고무 스프링과; (e) 상기 환상의 공간내에 성형되어 있고, 상기 상부 채널과 상기 하부 채널을 연결하는 관성 감쇠 채널과; (f) 상기 환상의 공간내에서 상부챔버와 하부챔버 사이의 상기 작동유를 분리하는 수단으로, 상기 중간 슬리브와 상기 외측 슬리브 사이에 반경방향 외측으로 연장되고 지지수단에 유동가능하게 결합되어 있는 분리판을 구비한 상기 작동유 분리수단을 포함하는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 축방향으로 대향된 슬롯을 구비한 안장형 구조(saddle structure)이고, 상기 슬롯의 폭이 상기 분리판의 두께보다 넓은 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯은 그의 반경방향 최외곽 말단부에 탭을 구비하여 상기 부쉬형 유압 감쇠식 장착구의 조립시 상기 분리판이 상기 지지수단내에 유지되게 하는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  4. 제l항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠 채널은 상기 상부 및 하부 챔버의 축방향 외측에 2개의 원주상 홈으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 각 원주상 홈은 상기 챔버중 하나와 연통하는 개구와 축방향 연결홈을 갖는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 챔버는 상기 내측 금속부의 반경방향 외측으로 이격된 고무 다이아프램을 구비하여 상기 상부챔버의 팽창 및 수축을 허용하는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중간 슬리브는 일반적으로 원통형 금속체로 이루어져 있고 상기 상부 챔버와 상기 하부 챔버를 형성하기 위한 개구부와 반경방향 외측으로 연장된 플랜지를 구비하며, 상기 플랜지는 상기 관성 감쇠 채널의 축방향 외측 경계를 형성하는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 관성 감쇠 채널의 축방향 내측 경계는 성형 고무로 이루어진 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 축방향 내측 경계의 소정위치에 지지되어 있는 부쉬형 유압감쇠식 장착구.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 관성 감쇠 채널의 축방향 내측 경계는 고무 피복 금속이나 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 부쉬형 유압 감쇠식 장착구.
