Abstract

본 발명은 고밀도이며 물성적으로 천연석에 근사한 성질을 확보해서, 외견도 우수한 미관을 구비한 인조석을 얻는다. 또, 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
즉, 본 발명은 10∼70메시크기의 천연석 등의 무기질세립성분을 사용하며, 이 세립성분과 100메시이상의 무기질미립성분과의 중량비가 0.5 : 1∼5 : 1이고, 그 합이 제품의 85중량%이상, 수지성분이 15중량%이하의 구성이고, 각 성분이 균일하게 조성되어 있으며, 천연석 등의 세립성분이 표면에 노출되어 있는 고밀도인조석을 제공한다.

Claims (20)

10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중량비가 0.5:1∼5:1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중량% 이상으로 되도록 함유되고, 또 수지성분이 배합되어 이루어지는 혼합조성을 보유하며, 세립성분이 표면에 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 인조석.
제1항에 있어서, 연마표면 또는 거친 표면을 보유하는 고밀도인조석.
제1항에 있어서, 수지성분이 아크릴수지 또는 메타크릴수지인 고밀도인조석.
10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중량비가 0.5 : 1∼5 : 1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중얄% 이상으로 되도륵 함유되고, 또 수지성분가 무기세립성분에 대해서 1∼15중량%의 유리섬유가 배합된 혼합조성을 보유하며, 세립성분이 표면에 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도인조석.
제4항에 있어서, 연마표면 또는 거친 표면을 보유하는 고밀도인조석.
제4항에 있어서, 수지성분이 아크릴수지 또는 메타크릴수지인 고밀도인조석.
10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중랑부기 0.5 : 1∼5 : 1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중량% 이상이 되도록 함유되고, 또 수지성분이 배합된 혼합조성물을, 성형틀에 투입해서 성형하고, 표면부의 수지성분을 유기용매에 의해 처리하여 연화 혹은 용융하여 제거하든지, 또는 기계적으로 제거하는 것에 의해 세립성분을 표면에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중량비가 0.5 : 1∼5 : 1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중량% 이상으로 함유되고, 또 수지성분이 배합된 혼합조성물을, 성형틀에 투입해서 성형학, 이어서 물분사기에 의해 물을 표면에 분사해서 세립성분을 표면에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중량비가 0.5 : 1∼5 : 1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중량% 이상으로 되도록 함유되고, 또 수지성분이 배합된 혼합조성물을 보유하며, 통형상의 성형·고화되고, 또 연마표면 또는 거친 표면을 보유하는 특징으로 하는 통형상 고밀도인조석.
제9항에 있어서, 인조석이 통형상의 콘크리트성형체와 고화일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통형상 고밀도인조석.
제9항에 있어서, 통형상으로 성형·고화되어 이루어지는 통형상 고밀도인조석.
제9항에 있어서, 무기질세립성분에 대해 1∼15중량%의 유리섬유가 배합되어 있는 통형상 고밀도인조석.
10∼70메시크기의 무기질세립성분과 100메시이하의 무기질미립성분이, 그 중량비가 0.5:1∼5 : 1이고 그 합이 제품의 85중량% 이상으로 되도륵 함유되고, 또 수지성분이 배합된 이루어지는 혼합조성물을, 회전하고 있는 원통형상 형틀내에 투입하고, 원심성형하여 고화시키고, 이어서 표면연마 또는 표면조화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제13항에 있어서, 혼합조성물에는 무기질 세립성분에 대해 1∼15중량%의 유리섬유가 배합되어 있는 통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제13항에 있어서, 물분사에 표면조화하는 통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제10항에 있어서, 원심성형에 의해 고화, 양생시킨 후에, 성형체의 내측에 콘크리이트를 투입하여 원심성형해서 고화일체화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제10항에 있어서, 원심성형시에, 조성물의 고화전에 콘크리이트를 그 내측에 투입하여 성형하고, 고화일체화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 통형상 고밀도 인조석의 제조방법.
제13항에 있어서, 무기질미립성분과 수지성분을 미리 혼합한 점조혼합물과 무기질세립성분을 각각 회전하고 있는 원통형상 형틀내에 투입하여 원심성형해서, 고화시키는 원통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제18항에 있어서, 무기질미립성분과 수지성분을 미리 혼합한 점조혼합물을 먼저 형틀내에 투입하고, 이어서 그 위로부터 무기질세립성분을 투입해서 원심성형하는 원통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
제18항에 있어서, 전기한 점조혼합물에는 유리섬유가 혼합되어 있는 통형상 고밀도인조석의 제조방법.
