Abstract

본 발명은 입력축의 정역회전을 감속하여 출력측의 소정 회전각내의 회동을 얻는 왕복회동용 감속기에 관한 것으로, 모터 (1)의 회전이 입력축(2)과 일체화된 웜 피니언(4)에 전달되고 헬리컬 웜 휠(10)로 다시 전달되며, 헬리컬 웜 휠(10)과 편심체(11)는 스플라인결합되어 있고 트로코이드치형 내접식 유성기어구조에 의해 핀 플랜지(13)가 회전되고, 그 결과 이 핀 플랜지 (13)와 일체화된 피니언축(출력축)(14)이 회전하고 외부기어 (19)가 회전하는 구성으로 이루어져 정숙성이 높고 고강성, 큰 토크, 고감속비를 얻을 수 있음과 동시에 역전방지기능 및 단일원호상의 왕복회동출력을 얻을수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 입력축의 정역회전을 감속하여 출력축의 소정 회전각내의 회동을 얻는 왕복회동용 기어감속기에 있어서, 상기 입출력축을 각각 한쌍의 베어링을 통하여 지지하는 케이싱과, 상기 입력축상의 한쌍의 베어링사이에 배치되어 상기 입력축의 회전과 함께 회전하는 웜 퍼니언과, 상기 출력축상의 한쌍의 베어링사이에 배치되어 상기 웜 퍼니언과 맞물리는 윔 휠과, 상기 웜 휠과 인접하여 상기 출력측상의 한쌍의 베어링사이에 배치되어 이 웜 휠과 함께 회전하는 편심체, 이 편심체의 외주에 걸쳐져 편심 회전하는 외치기어, 케이싱에 고정되어 상기 외치기어와 내접하여 맞물리는 내치기어, 외치기어의 자전성분만을 취출하는 기능을 갖춘 플랜지가 있는 트로코이드치형 내접식 유성기어구조부를 구비하고, 상기 유성기어구조부의 플랜지와 출력축을 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 회동용 기어감속기.
