Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 내열성, 유연성, 점착성 및 투명성이 우수한 내열랩필름을 제공하는데 있고 그 구성은 (A) 4-메틸펜텐-1계 중합체 98∼70 중량부, (B) 100℃에 있어서의 동점도가 2∼5000cSt인 액상부텐계 중합체 1∼15 중량부 및 (C) 부텐-1계 중합체 1∼15 중량부 ((A)+(B)+(C)의 합계 100중량부)를 함유하는 수지조성물을 성형해서 된 내열랩 필름.

내열 랩필름
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예 1∼5 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 필름들의 점착성을 시험하는 방법의 개념도,
제2도는 실시예 1∼5 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 필름들의 내열온도를 측정하는데 사용되는 시험편을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (8)

  1. (A) 4-메틸펜텐-1계 중합체 98∼70 중량부, (B) 100℃에 있어서의 동점도가 2∼5000cSt인 액상부텐계 중합체 1∼15 중량부 및 (C) 부텐-1계 중합체 1∼15 중량부 ((A)+(B)+(C)의 합계 100중량부)를 함유하는 수지조성물로 성형해서 된 내열랩 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물로 형성한 필름의 두께가 5∼20㎛인 내열랩필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4-메틸-1펜텐계 중합체의 극한점도〔η〕가 135℃ 데칼린중에서 측정하여 1.0∼3.0의 범위인 내열랩필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상부텐계 공중합체의 동점도가 50∼1000cSt인 내열랩필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1계 고체 중합체의 결정화도가 20∼60%인 내열랩필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1계 고체 중합체의 결정화도가 30∼50%인 내열랩필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부텐-1계 고체 중합체의 멜트플로우레이트가 0.01∼50g/10분인 내열랩필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(B) 및 성분(C)의 각각이 성분(A) 94∼84 중량부에 대해서 3∼8 중량부인 내열랩필름.
