1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지, 그의 제조방법, 가소화 염화비닐수지 성형품용 피복조성물, 가소화 염화비닐수지 성형품 및 가스배리어재.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지가 본래 가지는 가스배리어성, 내유성, 내용제성, 투명성, 성형가공성을 손상 시키지 않고, 유연성, 내굴곡성, 안전성이 뛰어난 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지를 제공함.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
지방족 폴리에스테르가, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체에 그라프트결합하고 있고, 상기 폴리에스테르의 함유량은 2~98중량y 이며, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체의 함유량이 98 2중량%이며, 또한 수평균분자량이 10,000∼600,000인 것.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
필름, 시트, 용기 등의 성형재로서, 또, 기계부품, 전기부품, 정밀기기 등의 각종 성형재료.

Claims (10)

  1. 지방족 폴리에스테르가, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체에 그라프트결합하고 있고, 상기 폴리에스테르의 함유량이 2∼98중량%이며, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체의합유량이 98∼2중량%이며, 또한 수평균분자량이 10,000∼600,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 세그멘트가, 20∼60몰%의 에틸렌단위와 60∼20몰%의 초산 비닐단위로 이루어지며, 그 초산비닐단위의 90몰% 이상이 비누화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르 세그멘트가, ε-카프로락톤류 또는 δ-바레로락톤류의 개환중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 세그멘트가 95∼45중량%이며, 지방족 폴리에스테르 세그멘트가 5∼50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 세그멘트가 95∼45중량%이며, 지방족 폴리에스테르 세그멘트가 5∼55중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비틸알콜 공중합수지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 세그멘트와 지방족 폴리에스테르 세그멘트와의 중량비가, 전자 100중량부당 후자 15∼150부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지.
  7. 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지의 존재하에 락톤류를 개환중합하는것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지의 제조방법.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제6항에 기재된 폴리에스테르 변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지를 유기용제중에 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개소화 염화비닐수지 성형품용 피복조성물.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 기재된 가소화 염화비닐수지 성형품용 피복조성물로 표면이 피복되어 있는 가소화 염화비닐수지 성형품.
  10. 플라스틱필름 또는 시트의 적어도 한면에, 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제6항에 기재된 폴리에스테르변성 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합수지를 함유하는 피막이 형성되어 있는 가스베리어재.
