Abstract
비스무트, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 구리 및, 임의로, 납의 산화물 뿐만 아니라 스트론튬 및/또는 바륨의 황산염을 포함하는 고온 초전도체와 이로부터 생성되는 성형물을 제조하는 방법에서는, 목적하는 몰 비의 비스무트, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 구리 및, 임의로, 납의 산화물 뿐만 아니라 추가로 각각 산화물의 혼합물을 기준으로 하여 계산한 황산스트론튬 2 내지 30 중량% 및 황산바륨 1 내지 20 중량%를 친밀하게 혼합하고, 혼합물을 870 내지 1,600℃의 백금 금속 도가니 속에서 용융시키며, 용융물을 목적하는 형태와 크기의 영구 금형에 부어넣어 그 안에서 서서히 고화시키고, 제조된 성형물을 영구 금형 물질로부터 꺼낸 다음, 이를 700 내지 900℃의 산소-함유 대기중에서 6 내지 200시간 동안 어닐링시킨다.

Claims (2)
- 목적하는 몰 비의 비스무트, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 구리 및, 임의로, 납의 산화물을 추가로 각각 산화물의 혼합물을 기준으로 하여 계산한 황산스트론튬 2 내지 30 중량% 및/또는 황산바륨 1 내지 20 중량%를 친밀하게 혼합하고, 당해 혼합물을 870 내지 1,600℃의 백금 금속 도가니 속에서 용융시키며, 용융물을 목적하는 형태와 크기의 영구 금형에 부어넣어 그 안에서 서서히 고화시키며, 제조된 성형물을 영구 금형 물질로부터 꺼낸 다음, 이를 700 내지 900℃의 산소-함유 대기중에서 6 내지 200시간 동안 어닐링시킴을 특징으로 하는 비스무트, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 구리 및, 임의로, 납의 산화물 뿐만 아니라 스트론튬 및/또는 바륨의 황산염을 포함하는 고온 초전도체와 이로부터 생성되는 성형물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도가니 재료가 백금, 이리듐, 로듐, 이들 금속 서로의 합금, 또는 이들 금속과 뭔소 주기율표의 1 아족 또는 8 아족의 다른 귀금속의 합금을 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
