Abstract
패널(22)내에 광섬유 컨넥터를 장착하기 위하여, 패널은 빌드아웃 시스템을 배치하는 다수의 개구(23,24)를 제공한다.
각 빌드아웃 시스템은 패널을 후방측부상에 배치된 부를 가지고 그곳에 조립된 광섬유 컨넥터를 가지도륵 채택된 빌드아웃 블록을 포함한다. 3개의 빌드아웃 블록(25,27,29)의 어느 하나의 ST(26), SC(30), 또는 FC(28)컨넥터가 될 수 있는 양호한 컨넥터를 수용하기 위하여 사용된다. 3개의 컨넥터중의 어느 하나를 가지는 빌드아웃은 패널의 전방측부상의 빌드아웃 블록의 부에 대한 래칭 배열을 통하여 배열된다. 빌드아웃 블록과 빌드아웃 사이의 래칭 배열을 통하여 배열된다. 빌드아웃 블록과 빌드아웃 사이의 래칭 배열은 빌드아웃 블록과 빌드아웃의 어떠한 결합에 대해서도 똑같다. 빌드아웃 시스템의 구조에 대한 결과로써, 빌드아웃과 빌드아웃 블록이 컨넥터의 결합을 연결하기 위하여 선택된다.

제1도는 3개의 서로 다른 광섬유 컨넥터용 빌드아웃 시스템을 도시하는 사시 도,
제4도는 연결을 위하여 배열된 2개의 SC컨넥터를 가진 SC컨넥터용 빌드아웃 시스템의 사시도,
제5도는 빌드아웃 블록내로 초기에 삽입되는 제2및 제3도의 빌드아웃의 단면도,
제6도는 빌드아웃 블록내와 래치된 위치내로 삽입되는 제2및 제3도의 빌드아
웃의 단면도.
Claims (10)
- 광섬유 컨넥터(26,28,30)용 빌드아웃 시스템에 있어서, 종축을 가지는 빌드아웃 블록(29)과, 상기 종축에 대하여 직각인 평면내에서 근본적인 직사각형 단면적을 갖는 빌드아웃(51)을 포함하며, 상기 빌드아웃 블록의 후방부는 그곳에서 컨넥터에 부착될 수 있는 능력이 있으며, 빌드아웃 블록의 전방부는 다수의 서로다른 빌드아웃(51, 102, 170)중의 어느 하나를 수용하도록 채택되어 있는 래칭 배열을 가지며, 빌드아웃의 전방부는 컨넥터(30)에 부착될 수 있고, 빌드아웃의 후방부는 빌드아웃의 전방부에 조립될 수 있도록 채택되어 있으며, 상기 빌드아웃은 다수의 서로다른 빌드아웃 블록(25,27,29)중의 어느 하나에 조립될 수 있으며, 빌드아웃 블륵에 조립된 빌드아웃을 잡기 위하여 빌드아웃 블록의 레칭 배열과 회전력으로 협력하는 래칭 배열을 가지며, 빌드아웃 블록과 빌드아웃의 래칭 배열은 빌드아웃블록과 빌드아웃의 결합과 똑같은 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빌드아웃 블록(29)의 전방부는 대각선으로 대향부분(62, 63)를 갖는 래칭 배열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빌드아웃(51)은 종축에 대하여 평행한 방향에서 빌드아웃을 이동시키고 그 다음 빌드아웃 블록(29)에 빌드아웃을 부착하는 효과적인 래칭 배열이 될 수 있도록 상기 종축에 대하여 빌드아웃을 회전시킴으로써 빌드아웃 블록에 빌드아웃이 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 평행 좌표의 X축과 Y축은 빌드아웃의 단면적과 빌드아웃 블록(29)의 횡단면적으로써 구성되고, 빌드아웃 블록에 결합되기 전에 빌드아웃은 빌드아웃블록의 X축과 빌드아웃의 X-축이 나란하도록 빌드아웃이 회전될 때, 빌드아웃 블록에 빌드아웃을 부착하기에 래칭 배열이 효과적으로 될 수 있도록 빌드아웃 블록의 X-축에 대한 각도에서 배치된 빌드아웃의 X-축과 빌드아웃 블록과의 축방향 배열에서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 빌드아웃 블록은 종축에 대하여 평행한 방향으로 더 연장된 래칭 깊퍼(67)를 포함하는 돌출부(62)중의 하나를 가지고서 종축에 대하여 평행한 방향에 있는 2개의 직경상으로 대향된 돌출부(62,63)로부터 연장된 플랜지 (53)를 포함하고, 빌드아웃(51)은 다른 단부에 인접한 풀림 탭(98)을 가지는 외팔보 형태의 아암(97)의 한단부에 부착된 한측부에 대한 지지프레임을 포함하고, 상기 아암은 빌드아웃이 빌드아웃블록과 결합하기 위하여 이동회전할때와, 아암의 다른 단부가 깊퍼와 래칭 결합내에 안착될 수 있도록 상기 아암이 편향될 수 있을때, 상기 플림탭에 안착될 수 있도록 상기 아암이 편향될 수 있을때, 상기 풀림탭에 대한 내부로 직향된 힘의 적용이 상기 아암의 다른 단부가 깊퍼로부터 아암의 다른 단부를 분해하기 위하여 압력이 풀리고 빌드아웃 블록으로부터 빌드아웃의 풀림을 허용하도록 지지 프레임을 향하여 내부로 편향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 빌드아웃(51)의 지지 프레임은 그곳에서 개구를 포함하고, 빌드아웃은 빌드아웃 어뎁터의 관형 하우징(82)부가 반대편 방향내로 연장되는 다른부를 가진 개구를 통하여 연장될 수 있도록 지지 프레임에 연결 채택된 어뎁터(80)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 어뎁터(80)는 관형 하우징내에 배치된 배열 슬리브(92)를 포함하고, 상기 배열 슬리브는 광섬유의 단부를 끝내는 각페럴(42)을 그곳의 단부내에서 수용하도록 채택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배열 슬리브는 벽내에서 종적인 슬롯(93)으로 형성되고, 빌드아웃은 배열 슬리브의 슬롯을 통하여 연장된 행거(94)에 의하여 패드(95)로부터 지지된 감쇠기 디스크(94)를 갖는 감쇠 수단을 포함하고, 상기 패드는 슬리브내에 배치되는 페룰의 위치를 수용하기 위하여 슬리브를 따라 움직일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 관형 하우징은 관형 하우징의 한단부에 인접한 벽에서 형성된 한개이상의 개구를 포함하고, 빌드아웃 시스템은 캡이 관형 하우징의 한단부에 조립될때 멈춤쇠가 관형 하우징에 유지캡을 부착하기 위하여 관형 하우징의 벽내에서 개구내로 스냅-록크 될수 있도록, 캡의 표면으로 부터 돌출한 한개이상의 멈춤쇠(155)를 갖는 유지캠(151)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 빌드아웃 블록의 플랜지는 래칭 배열이 배치된 것으로부터 반대측에 있는 플랜지의 측부로부터 연장되고, 벽내에서 형성된 종적인 슬롯(55)과 관형부의 벽으로 돌출한 2개의 직경상으로 반대쪽에 있는 핀(11)을 갖는 관형 부(104)를 포함하며, 상기 빌드아웃 블록은 관형부에 대하여 배치되어 있고 플랜지와 결합된 외적으로 나사화된 컬러(105)를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빌드아웃 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
