Abstract
본 발명은 다중위치 광커넥터(2)와 취합헤더(4)에 관한 것이다. 커넥터는 개별적인 플라스틱 광섬유 케이블(6)을 종단시키기 위한 다수의 페루울(10)을 포함한다. 정렬고정부(100)는 기타 페루울에 관하여 그리고 성형된 정렬평판(12)상의 주변 취합면돌기(52)에 관하여 각 페루울을 정밀하게 정렬시키는데 사용된다. 페루울들은 정렬평판에 초음파적으로 결합된다. 헤더의 위치한 광전자 장치(90)에 관하여 다중 위치 커넥터에 위치한 다중 섬유들을 올바르게 위치시키는 것은 커넥터와 헤더가 취합되었을때 성취될 수 있다.
광학 커넥터(2)와 하이브리드 전기 광역 커넥터(202)를 이용하여 사전에 조립된 하네스 어셈블리는 자동차와 같은 제품에 다중접속부를 만들면서 사용하는데 적절하고, 최종조립은 조립라인에서 완료된다.

제2도는 제1도의 다중위치형 광섬유 커넥터 플러그의 주요 부품들을 보여주고 그리고 커넥터 플러그를 조립하는데 이용된 정렬고정부를 보여주는 분해사시도.
제3∼4도는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥티 플러그의 조립을 위한 연속적인 동작을 보여주는, 제2도의 사시도로부터 취한 분해도.
Claims (5)
- 상대 취합 커넥터에 다수의 광섬유 케이블을 접속시키는데 사용되는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터가, 각기 전방단과 후방단을 가지며, 단일 광섬유 케이블을 상기 전방단에 광섬유 케이블의 단을 인접시켜 수용하도록 한 구조를 갖도록 되어진 다수의 페루울, 및 취합 커넥터 상의 상대표면과 결합하여 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터와 취합 커넥터 사이에 정밀하게 정렬을 제공하는 취합면 수단 및 다수의 개구를 가지는 정렬 평판을 포함하며, 각 페루울은 대응개구와 일반적인 정렬상태로 위치되고, 또한 각 페루울은 정렬평판에 고정된 다른 페루울과 정밀한 정렬상태로 그리고 정렬 평판상의 취합면수단과 정밀한 정렬 상태로서 정렬평판에 고정되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 페루울이 정렬평판에 결합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정렬평판이 다수의 개구들을 포함하는 성형된 플라스틱 부재를 포함하고, 각 페루울은 대응개구를 통해 연정하여 성형된 플라스틱 정렬평판에 결합되어지고, 각 페루울과 대응구멍 간의 정렬은 다른 페루울에 관한 그리고 취합면수단에 대한 각 페루울의 정렬보다는 덜 정밀하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 취합면수단이 정렬평판 상의 주위면에 위치한 돌기들을 포함하여서 취합커넥터 상에 있는 취합시라우드의 내부면과 결합하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 정렬평판으로부터 이격된 밀봉부재를 포함하고 그리고 취합 커넥터의 시라우드의 내부 취합면과 결합하도록 위치한 오주밀봉리브 및 내부밀봉면이 대응 구멍을 통해 연장하는 광섬유와 결합하는 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중위치 광섬유 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
