Abstract
테레프탈산, 또는 이소프탈산 40%이하를 함유하는 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물인 방향족 카르복시산, 및 헥사메틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 혼합물인 지방족 디아민으로부터 형성된 부분적 결정질의 코폴리아미드, 지방족 디아민은, 몰 기준으로, 헥사메틸렌디아민 적어도 40%이고 이소프탈산 +2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 방향족 카르복시간과 지방족 디아민 총량의 15-35% 범위이다. 코폴리아미드는 280-330℃의 융점을 갖는다.
코폴리아미드는 바람직하게 17 J/이상의 용융열을 갖는다. 코폴리아미드는 물품으로 성형되거나, 섬유로 방직되거나 필름으로 형성될 수 있는 특히 고온 성질이 요구되는 광범위한 여러가지 최종용도에서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (24)
- 방향족 카르복시간 및 지방족 디아민으로부터 형성된 부분적 결정질의 코폴리아미드로서, 상기 방향족 카르복시간은 테레프탈산 및 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며 상기 혼합물에서 이소프탈산의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 혼합물의 40%이하이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 헥사메틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 혼합물이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 몰 기준으로 헥사메틸렌 디아민 적어도 40%를 함유하고, 상기 코폴리아미드는 280 내지 330℃ 범위의 융점을 갖는 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소프탈산 +2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 방향족 카르복시간과 지방족 디아민 총량의 15-35%인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 카르복시간은 테레프탈산인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 카르복시간은 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1-4항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 융점은 280-300℃범위인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1-4항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 융점은 300℃ 초과인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1-6항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 코폴리아미드의 용융열은 17 J/g이상인 코폴리아미드.
- 다음 단계들로 구성되는 코폴리아미드의 제조방법: (a)방향족 카프복시산과 지방족 디아민의 혼합물 염수용액을 반응기에 공급하며, 상기 방향족 카르복시산은 테레프탈산 및 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며 상기 혼합물에서 이소프탈산의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 혼합물의 40%이하이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 헥사메틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 혼합물이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은, 몰 기준으로, 헥사메틸렌 디아민 적어도 40%를 함유하고, (b)염 수용액을 반응기의 압력이 적어도 1300kPa에 도달할 때까지 가압하에 가열하며, 물 및 다른 휘발성 물질을 반응기로부터 분출시키고; (c)반응혼합물의 온도가 적어도 250℃의 온도에 도달했을때, 반응기의 압력을 반응혼합물의 과도한 발포를 피하는 방식으로 적어도 15분 동안 대기압으로 감소시키고; (d)반응혼합물을 코폴리아미드가 예정된 분자량에 도달할 때까지 약 대기압 이하의 압력에서 유지하고; (e)이렇게 얻은 코폴리아미드를 반응기로부터 배출시킨다.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이소프탈산 +2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 방향족 카르복시산과 지방족 디아민의 총량의 15-35%인 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 반응혼합물은 진공 하에 유지되는 방법.
- 제8-10항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)의 온도는 270-310℃범위인 방법.
- 제8-11항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 압력은 적어도 1900kPa인 방법.
- 방향족 카르복시간 및 지방족 디아민으로부터 형성된 부분적 결정질의 코폴리아미드로부터 형성된 섬유로서, 상기 방향족 카르복시간은 테레프탈산 및 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며 상기 혼합물에서 이소프탈산의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 혼합물의 40%이하이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 헥사메틸렌 디아민과 2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 혼합물이고, 상기 지방족 디아민은 몰 기준으로 헥사메틸렌 디아민 적어도 40%를 함유하고, 상기 코폴리아미드는 280 내지 330℃ 범위의 융점을 갖는 코폴리아미드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이소프탈산 +2-메틸 펜타메틸렌 디아민의 양은, 몰 기준으로, 방향족 카르복시산과 지방족 디아민의 총량의 15-35%인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 17 J/g이상의 용융열을 갖는 코폴리아미드로부터 형성된 섬유.
- 제13-15항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 강인성 적어도 1.5g/데니어 및 인장응력 적어도 30g/데니어를 갖는 섬유.
- 제13-16항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 섬유의 코폴리아미드는 0.5 내지 1.5 dL/g 범위의 고유점도를 갖는 섬유.
- 제17항에 있어서, 고유점도는 0.8 내지 1.1 dL/g범위인 섬유.
- 제1항의 코폴리아미드 및 충전제 5 내지 200중량부로 구성되는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항의 코폴리아미드 및 안정제, 방염제, 연기 억제제, 가소제, 전도제, 대전방지제, 윤활제, 이형제, 성핵제, 염료, 안료, 충전제, 보강제, 미네랄, 강화제 및 다른 개질제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제1-7항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트 또는 섬유 형태인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1-7항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 성형품 형태인 코폴리아미드.
- 제1-7항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 필름 또는 시이트 형태인 코폴리아미드.
