제2도는 투여 시스템의 내부로부터 약물을 짧은 기간의 시간동안 즉시로 수용체에 투영한 후 무투약 기간으로 이어지는, 외부 표면상의약물의 양을 나타내는 제1도의 투여 시스템의 도면이다.
제3도는 시간 간격의 무투약 기간 이후, 장시간의 약물 전달 기간을 제공하는 투여 시스템의 내부 구조를 예시하기 위한 제1도의 개방도이다.

Claims (18)

  1. (a)(1)격실; (2)유체의 통과에 투과성인 조성물로 이루어진 격실을 둘러싸서 형성하는벽; (3)격실로부터 약물을 투여하기 전에 무투약 기간을 제공하기 위한 격실중의 약물이 없는 제1조성물; (4)치료 효과를 생성하기 위한 투여량의 약물로 이루어진 격실중의 제2조성물; (5)제형에 유입되는 유체의 존재하에 팽창하는 격실중의 제3조성물; 및(6)제형의 외부와 격실을 연결하기 위한 벽 중의 배출수단으로 이루어진 삼투 제형을 온형 동물의 위장관 내에 투여하고; (b)유체를 격실내로 흡수시켜 제3조성물을 제2조성물에 대하여 팽창 및 추진시키고; (c)약물이 없는 제1조성물이 격실로부터 발출된 후에 약물로 이루어진 제2조성물을 투여시키는 것으로 이루어진, 온혈 동물의 위장관에 약물을 투여하기 위한 방법에 사용하는 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 베라파밀, 니모디핀, 니트레디핀, 니솔디핀, 니카르디핀, 펠로디핀, 딜티아젬, 리도플라진, 티아파밀, 구아나벤즈, 이스라디핀, 갈로파밀, 암로디핀, 미오플라진, 카로베렌 및 딜티아젬 히드로클로라이드 미다졸람으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 아밀 니트레이트, 글리세릴 트리니트레이트, 옥틸 니트라이트, 아질산나트륨, 에리트리틸 테트라니트레이트, 펜트리톨, 트리에탄올아민 트리니트레이트 포스페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출수단이 소형 형성제를 벽으로부터 용해시킴으로써 형성되는 것인 약물을 위장관에 투여하는 방법.
  5. (a)(1)격실;(2)유체의 통과에 투과성인 조성물로 이루어진 격실을 둘러싸서 형성하는벽; (3)격실로부터 약물을 투여하기 전에 무투약 기간을 제공하기 위한 격실중의 약물이 없는 제1조성물; (4)치료 효과를 제공하기 위한 투여량의 약물로 이루어진 격실중의 제2조성물; (5)장치로 유입되는 유체의 존재하에 팽창하는 격실중의 제3조성물; 및(6)제형의 외부와 격실을 연결하기 위한 벽 중의 배출수단 및;(7)벽의 외부표면상에 실제적으로 즉시 방출 투여량의 약물로 이루어진 제형을 온형 동물의 위장관에 투여하고; (b)약물을 위장과 유체와 접촉시킴으로써 벽으로부터 투여량의 약물을 투여하고; (c)유체를 격실 내로 흡수시켜 제3조성물을 제2조성물에 대하여 팽창 및 추진시키고;(d)약물이 없는 제1의 조성물이 격실로 부터 방출된 후에 약물로부터 투여량의 약물을 투여시키는 것으로 이루어진, 온혈 동물의 위장관에 단일 제형으로부터 1일 2회 투여량의 약물을 투여하기 위한 방법에 사용하는 제형.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 베라파밀, 니모디핀, 니트레디핀, 니솔디핀, 니카르디핀, 펠로디핀, 딜티아젬, 리도플라진, 티아파밀, 구아나벤즈, 이스라디핀, 갈로파밀, 암로디핀, 미오플라진 및 카로베렌으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 아밀 니트레이트, 글리세릴 트리니트레이트, 옥틸 니트라이트, 아질산나트륨, 에리트리틸 테트라니트레이트, 이소소르비드 디니트레이트, 만니톨 헥사니트레이트; 펜타에리트리톨 테트라니트레이트, 펜트리톨, 프리에탄올아민 트리니트레이트 및 트롤니트레이트 포스페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배출수단이 소공 형성제를 벽으로 부터 용해시킴으로써 형성되는 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  9. (a)(1)격실; (2)유체의 통과에 투과성인 조성물로 이루어진 격실을 둘러싸서 형성하는벽; (3)격실로부터 약물을 투여하기 전에 무투약 기간을 제공하기 위한 격실중의 실제적으로 약물이 없는 제1조성물; (4)치료 효과를 제공하기 위한 투여량의 약물로 이루어진 격실중의 제2조성물; (5)장치에 유입되는 유체의 존재하에 팽창하는 격실중의 제3조성물; 및(6)장치의 외부와 격실을 연결하기 위한 벽 중의 배출수단으로 이루어지는 제형.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 베라파밀, 니모디핀, 니트레디핀, 니솔디핀, 니카르디핀, 펠로디핀, 딜티아젬, 리도플라진, 티아파밀, 구아나벤즈, 이스라디핀, 갈로파밀, 암로디핀, 미오플라진 및 카로베렌으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 아밀 니트레이트, 글리세릴 트리니트레이트, 옥틸 니트라이트, 아질산나트륨, 에리트리틸 테트라니트레이트, 이소소르비드 디니트레이트, 만니톨 헥사니트레이트 펜타에리트리톨 테트라니트레이트, 펜트리톨, 트리에탄올아민 트리니트레이트 및 트롤니트레이트 포스페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배출구가 소공인, 약물을 투여하기 위한 제형.

(a)(1)격실; (2)유체의 통과에 투과성인 조성물로 이루어진 격실을 둘러싸서 형성하는벽; (3)벽의 외부표면상의 치료 효과를 제공하기 위한 제1투여량의 약물; (4)격실로 부터 약물을 투여하기 전에 무투약 기간을 제공하기 위한 격실중으 실제적으로 약물이 없는 제1조성물; (5)치료 효과를 제공하기 위한 제2투여량의 약물로 이루어진 격실중의 제2조성물; (6)장치에 유입되는 유체의 존재하에 팽창하는 격실중의 제3조성물;및 (7)제형의 외부와 격실을 연결하기 위한 벽 중의 배출수단으로 이루어진 제1투여량 및 제2투여량의 약물을 투여하기 위한 제형.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 베라파밀, 니모디핀, 니트레디핀, 니솔디핀, 니카르디핀, 펠로디핀, 딜티아젬, 리도플라진, 티아파밀, 구아나벤즈, 이스라디핀, 갈로파밀, 암로디핀, 미오플라진 및 카로베렌으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 약물이 아밀 니트레이트, 글리세릴 트리니트레이트, 옥틸 니트라이트, 아질산나트륨, 에리트리틸 테트라니트레이트, 이소소르비드 디니트레이트, 만니톨 헥사니트레이트 펜타에리트리톨 테트라니트레이트, 펜트리톨, 트리에탄올아민 트리니트레이트 및 트롤니트레이트 포스페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 약물의 투여 방법.
