Claims (11)

  1. 생물학적 사용환경에 유용한 약물인 베라파밀(verapamil)을 투여하는 제형(dosage form)에 있어서,
    (a)아실화셀룰로오스를 포함하는 최소한 일부분의 조성물을 포함하는 벽을 포함하며, 이벽은 유체에는 투과성이고, 베라파밀에는 불투과성이며, 제형을 감싸고 형성하며 ;
    (b)격실을 포함하며 ;
    (c)전술 베라파밀이 격실에서 만니톨과 함께 0.9 내지 1.1의 비평형비율로 존재하는 조건으로 베라파밀의 투여 양을 격실속에 포함하며 ;
    (d)베라파밀을 장시간 사용환경으로 투여하기 위해 격실과 제형의 외측을 연결하는 최소한 하나의 통로를 벽속에 포함하는 제형.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 베라파밀이 치료학적으로 적합한 부가염으로서 존재하게된, 유용한 약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 베라파밀이 베라파밀 염화수소로서 제형속에 존재하게된, 유용한 약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아실화셀룰로오스가 아세틸함량이 39.8%인 아세트산셀룰로오스로된, 유용한 약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아실화셀룰로오스가 아세틸함량이 32%인 아세트산셀룰로오스로된, 유용한 약물베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 벽조성물이 아세틸 함량이 39.8%인 아실화셀룰로오스와 아세틸 함량이 32%인 아실화셀룰로오스를 포함하게된, 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비평형비율이 1이되는, 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제형이 50내지 600mg의 베라파밀을 포함하는 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제형이 115 내지 125mg의 약학적으로 적합한 염인 베라파밀을 포함하게된, 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제형이 235 내지 245mg의 약학적으로 적합한 염인 베라파밀을 포함하게된, 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 위장관에 사용하는 환경에서 이 제형이 이 사용환경 속으로 경구투여 하기에 적합한 유용약물 베라파밀을 투여하는 제형.
