Claims (10)

  1. 사용될 환경에 약물을 방출함에 있어서 : (a) 최소한 일부가 유체통과에 대해 투과성이고 약물통과에 대해 불투과성인 반투과성 조성물로된 벽면과 ; (b) 격실 ; (c) 단시간에 방출되는 격실내의 층 ; (d) 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 격실내의 층 ; (e) 최소한 한가지층에 있어서 같거나 상이한 약물들중에서 선택되는 한가지 약물 ; (f) 단 시간내에 방축되는 층과 제형의 외부가 서로 통하게 되는 벽면내에 있고 단시간내에 유출수단을 통해 사용될 환경에 이들 층을 방출할 수 있게끔 모양과 크기를 가진 유출수단으로 구성된 제형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용될 환경이 위장관이고 제형이 위장관에 경구투여될 수 있게끔 되어 있는 제형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시간에 따라 방출되는 층을 향해 있는 벽면속에서 장시간에 걸쳐 유출수단을 통해 사용될 환경에 층을 방출할 수 있게끔 크기와 형상을 가진 유출수단이 구성된 제형.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단시간에 방출되는 층을 겔조성물로 구성하고 장시간에 걸쳐 방축되는 층을 상이한 조성물로 구성해서 된 제형.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단시간에 방출되는 층을 셀룰로오스 조성물로 구성하고 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 층을 상이한 셀룰로오스 조성물로 구성해서 된 제형.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유출수단이 폭보다 길이가 길게된 제형.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단시간에 방출되는 층을 최초에는 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 층과 접해 있도록 하여서된 제형.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 단시간에 방출되는 층을 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 층과 평행하게 있도록 하여서된 제형.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 층의 두께를 단시간에 방출되는 층보다 두껍게 하여서 되는 제형.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 장시간에 걸쳐 방출되는 층을 단시간에 방출되는 층의 중합체로 된 요소보다 분자량이 큰 중합제 요소 최소한 한가지로 구성해서된 제형.
