Abstract

본 발명은 하우징이 기어로서 기능하도록 해서 박형화를 도모하고, 또한, 제동력을 제공하면서 회전가능한 로우터측을 사용기기에 직접 또는 간접 고정하도록 해서 소형화를 도모함과 아울러 고정도가 높은 회전 댐퍼를 제공하는 것이다.
외주면에 기어부(1b)를 형성하고, 내면에는 점성유체(3)의 충전부(1a)를 형성한 하우징(1)과, 이 하우징의 구멍부를 폐쇄하는 캡(5)과, 상기 충전부에 회전 가능하도록 수납되고, 상기 캡(5)으로부터 축부(2b)가 돌출하는 로우터(2)를 구비하고 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 외주면에 기어부가 형성되어 있고, 내면에서 제동력을 주도록 로우터축을 회전가능하게 수납하는 수납부가 형성된 하우징과, 이 하우징의 개구부를 폐쇄하는 캡을 갖추고, 상기 로우터 축의 축부를 캡으로부터 돌출시킨것을 특징으로 하는 회전 댐퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로우터축의 축부를 비원형 형상으로 형성하고, 사용기기의 설치판에 형성한 비원형 구멍에 삽입함과 동시에, 상기 축부에 형성한 나사구멍에 나사를 나사식으로 끼우고, 상기 설치판에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 댐퍼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 로우터축의 축부의 선단면에 비원형 형상의 고정 구멍을 형성하고, 이 고정구멍에 사용기기의 설치판으로부터 돌출한 비원형의 보스(Boss)를 끼원맞춘 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 댐퍼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 로우터축의 축부를 비원형 형상으로 형성하고, 사용기기에 설치가능한 플레이트로 형성한 비원형 구멍으로 부터 돌출시키고, 이 돌출한 축부를 열용해하여 이 플레이트에 코오킹(calking)고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
