Abstract

본 발명의 대상은 균질적인 동심의 특수강지지물을 이용할 수 있는 직경 〈 10㎜의 내식성 복합케이블이며, 여기에서 이러한 지지물은 와이어의 직경과 용도에 따라 15내지 30용적비의 범위 안에서 변경시킬 수 있고, 강도는 사용하는 코어 와이어와 변형정도에 따라 ≤2000N㎠의 범위 안에서 변경시킬 수 있다. 이러한 복합케이블을 만들기 위하여 예를 들면 고강도의 특허받은 표면에비처리된 강선에 진행과정중 특수강밴드를 피복한다. 최초의 변형단계에서는 세로용접된 특수강외피를 코어 와이어에 단단히 압착시키고, 그 다음의 견인단계에서 복합케이블을 최종치수로 인장시킨다. 적어도 두 변형단계 사이에서 복합케이블을 회전하고 아크를 이용하여 적당히 백열처리하며, 이 때에는 특수강층만을 백열온도로 가열한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고강도의 강선으로 만든 코어와 관통하는 특수강지지물로 구성되고, 복합케이블에 대한 그 체적비가 15 내지 30%이며, 복합케이블의 직경이 10㎜이하이고, 강도가 ≤2000N/㎟인 고강도의 내식성 강선.
  2. 구리로 된 코어와 관통하는 특수강지지물로 구성되어 있는 그을음이 뭍지 아니하는 동선.
  3. 내식성 복합케이블을 제조하는 방법으로서, 표면처리된 코어 와이어를 세로방향으로 구부리고, 모서리가깎여진 금속밴드로 피복하고, 금속외피를 세로방향으로 용접시키며, 상기 금속외피를 견인과정중 코어 와이어와 결합시키고, 이와 같이 형성된 와이어를 코어와 외피 사이에 냉각압착용접과정에 비교할 수 있는 점착강도가 형성되는 후속견인 단계에서 최종규격으로 인장하고, 적어도 복합케이블을 그 단면을 약 65%정도 감소시킨 후, 외측금속중만이 백열온도에 도달할 수 있도록 중간가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중간백열가열이 상기 복합케이블 둘레를 회전하는 자성아크에 의하여 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코어 와이어에 점착되어 있는 견인매질잔재를 초음속클리닝에 의하여 제거하고, 이어서 표면층을 제거하기 위하여 와이어 브러쉬로 예비처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코어 와이어를 회전하는 아크에 의하여 점착되어 있는 표면층으로부터 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제6항에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외측 금속지지물을 형성하기 위한 금속밴드로서 특수강밴드를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제3항 또는 제6항에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 와이어로서 강선을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제3항 또는 제6항에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 와이어로서 동선을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
