Abstract
본 발명은 금속표면이 있는 길이방향으로 연신되는 봉강재료를 자석에 의하여 구동되고, 봉강이 축 둘레를 회전하는 아크에 의하여 표면열처리하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 여기에서는 아크가 환상전극(양극)과 이 양극을 통하여 안내되고, 음극으로 이용되는 봉강 사이에서 움직인다.
본 발명에 있어서, 아크의 안정화를 위한 개선된 방법을 개발하는 문제는 봉강의 진행방향으로 환상전극의 뒤쪽에 배치되어 있는 직류자석에 의하여 아크를 회전시키고, 이와 동시에 직류자석에 의하여 감응되는 자장이 아크의 수직선 발이 이동하는 봉강에 따라 가려는 동행작용에 역작용을 하고, 환상전극의 전류를 2개의 분류로 분할함으로써 해결한다.
사용번위는 무엇보다도 금속표면이 있는 길이방향으로 연신되는 봉상재료의 표면을 열처리하는데 있다.

도면은 금속표면을 갖는 봉상재료의 표면을 연속적으로 열처리하기 위한 장치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (14)
- 금속표면을 갖는 봉강형상의 재료를, 환상전극(2)과 봉강(8) 사이에서 발생하는 아크에 의하여 연속적으로 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 봉강의 진행방향으로 환상전극(2) 뒤쪽에서 자장(10)이 발생하고, 상기 봉강(8) 둘레로 아크(1)가 회전하며, 아크의 수직선 발의 동행작용을 움직이는 봉강(8)에 의하여 반대작용으로 전환시키며, 아크전류가 따로 분리하여 조정할 수 있는 2개의 분류에 의하여 형성되고, 이 분류가 환상전극(2)에는 공동으로 공급되고, 봉강(8)에는 환상전극(2)의 앞ㆍ뒤로 분리되어 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상재료의 연속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크전류가 음극측에서는 분류로서, 1:1.5 내지 1:6의 비율로, 환상전극(2)의 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에서 봉강(8)에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보호기체흐름이 봉강의 이동방향과 반대방향으로 환상양극공간과 자장공간내로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 환상전극(2)과 처리되는 봉강(8)의 표면이 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 더 작은 분류가 진폭이 기본전류의 50% 이하이고, 주파수가 5 내지 10KHz인 임펄스에 의하여 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크전류의 2분류가 맥동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자장을 발생시키는 전류가 아크전류와는 관계없이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 금속표면이 있는 봉강형상의 재료를 열처리하는 장치로서, 아크(1)를 발생시키는 환상전극(2), 환상전극에 인접되어 있고, 아크(1)가 봉강(8) 둘레를 회전하는 회전운동을 발생시키는 자석스풀(3) 및 봉강(8)를 환상전극(2)과 자석스풀(3)을 통하여 중심을 잡으면서 안내하는 안내요소(5,6)로 구성되는 있는 장치에 있어서, 자석스풀(3)이 봉강(8)의 진행방향으로, 환상전극(2)이 자석스풀(3)의 불균일한 자장(10) 내에 있을 수 있는 간격을 두고, 환상전극(2)의 뒤쪽에 배치되어 있고, 환상전극(2) 뒤에는 봉강(8)에 아크전류의 분류를 공급할 수 있는 단자(14a,13a)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,각 단자(14a,13a)가 제어가능한 전원(13,14)에 연결되어 있고, 전원들이 양극을 형성하는 환상전극(2)에 공동으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 봉강(8)의 진행방향(15)으로, 자석스풀 뒤에, 보호가스를 사출하는 노즐(11)이 진행방향(15)과 반대방향에 따라 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리하여 제어할 수 있는 자석스풀(3)용 전원(12)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크전원에 적어도 하나의 임펄스 발생기가 병렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 환상전극(2)과 자석스풀(3)이 봉강(8)용 통과개구가 제공되어 있는 하우징(7)에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환상전극(2), 자석스풀(3)의 통과영역(4) 및 환상전극(2) 뒤쪽에 배치되어 있는 안내요소(6)가 수냉시스템에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
