Claims (3)

  1. 금속금망 혹은 익스팬드 메탈을 기체로 하고, 기체의 공동부 및 표면에, 테트라 플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체 수지, 테트라 플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체 수지, 및 플루오로에틸렌-프로필렌에테르 수지로 이루어지는 A군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지의 0.1~50용량%, 옥시벤조일 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 열경화성 수지, 금속윤활제, 금속산화물, 복합 금속산화물, 금속황화물, 금속불화물, 탄소계 고체윤활제, 섬유재료 및 세라믹으로 이루어지는 B군으로 부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 0.1~0.5용량%, 및 실질적으로 테트라플루오로 에틸렌 수지인 잔부로 이루어지고, 이 테트라플루오로에틸렌 수지 이외의 성분의 합게가 0.2~70용량%인 윤활조성물이 함침피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 슬라이드 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A군의 성분의 사용량은 2~30용량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 슬라이드 부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, B군의 성분의 사용량은 2~30용량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 슬라이드 부재.
