Abstract
【解決手段】ハブ輪1と複列の転がり軸受2と等速自在継手3とがユニット化された駆動車輪用軸受装置であって、外側継手部材14の肩部19と転がり軸受2の内方部材8の内端面7aとの間に、メッシュで補強されたフッ素樹脂からなるスラスト軸受25が介在させてある。

Description
かしめ部7と外側継手部材14の肩部19との間にスラスト軸受25が介装されている。このスラスト軸受25は、銅合金メッシュで補強されたPTFEシート材(厚さ2mm)を円盤状に打ち抜いたものである。

Claims (4)
- ハブ輪と複列の転がり軸受と等速自在継手とがユニット化された駆動車輪用軸受装置であって、
前記複列の転がり軸受が、一端に車輪取付フランジを一体に有し、内周にトルク伝達用のセレーションが形成されたハブ輪と、このハブ輪に外嵌された内輪とからなり、外周に複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、この内方部材に複列の転動体を介して外嵌され、内周に前記複列の内側転走面に対向する複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材とを備え、前記等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の内端面とを突合せ状態で、前記外側継手部材の軸部がセレーションを介して前記ハブ輪にトルク伝達可能に内嵌され、ねじ手段を介して前記ハブ輪と外側継手部材とが着脱自在に締結された駆動車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の内端面との間に、メッシュで補強されたフッ素樹脂からなるスラスト軸受を介装させたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記メッシュが非鉄金属であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記メッシュが炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維からなる群より選ばれる繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記フッ素樹脂がPTFEであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
