Abstract
【解決手段】車両インナー側の車両固定部材3に接続される外輪2aと、車両アウター側の車輪に接続される内輪2bと、内輪2bと外輪2aとの間に介在される転動体2cと、を備える転がり軸受装置1であって、駆動軸5の連結軸部5bをハブ4の連結挿通孔4dに動力伝達可能となすように通し、駆動軸5の連結軸部5bが延出される軸端面5aと、この軸端面5aと対向する内輪2bにおける平坦面状の内輪端面2b3との間に、低摩擦係数、耐摩耗性を備えた固体潤滑材を含有した潤滑膜部材7を介在させた状態で、連結軸部5bをねじ締結手段6によって締め付け固定して、潤滑膜部材7を挟持させたことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 車両インナー側の車両固定部材に接続される外輪と、車両アウター側の車輪に接続される内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に介在される転動体と、を備える転がり軸受装置であって、
平坦面状の軸端面の一部から車両アウター側に延出される連結軸部を有して動力を伝達する駆動軸と、
前記内輪に圧入嵌装される圧入軸部および前記連結軸部が挿通される連結挿通孔を有するハブと、を備え、
前記駆動軸の前記連結軸部を前記ハブの前記連結挿通孔に動力伝達可能となすように通し、前記駆動軸の前記連結軸部が延出される前記軸端面と、この軸端面と対向する前記内輪側における平坦面の内輪端面との間に、低摩擦係数、耐摩耗性を備えた固体潤滑材を含有させて別体形成される潤滑膜部材を介在させた状態で、前記連結軸部をねじ締結手段によって締め付け固定して、前記潤滑膜部材を挟持させたことを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 前記潤滑膜部材は低摩擦係数、耐摩耗性を備えた固体潤滑材を分散させた状態でバインダーによって接着結合されて、薄膜状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置。
- 前記潤滑膜部材は基材の片面若しくは両面に、低摩擦係数、耐摩耗性を備えた固体潤滑材を含有させた潤滑表面層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置。
