Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材14の肩部19と内方部材8の内端面7aとの間に、金属製円盤の表面にフッ素樹脂と耐熱性樹脂からなるバインダー樹脂と金属酸化物を必須成分とする樹脂被膜を有するスラスト軸受25を介在させた。

Description
好ましくは0.2μm〜10μmの範囲である。平均粒径がこの範囲内にあると、塗料中で凝集などを起こさず、また塗布乾燥焼成後の被膜の平滑性が維持される。

Claims (5)
- ハブ輪と複列の転がり軸受と等速自在継手とがユニット化された駆動車輪用軸受装置であって、
前記複列の転がり軸受が、一端に車輪取付フランジを一体に有し、内周にトルク伝達用のセレーションが形成されたハブ輪と、このハブ輪に外嵌された内輪とからなり、外周に複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、この内方部材に複列の転動体を介して外嵌され、内周に前記複列の内側転走面に対向する複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材とを備え、前記等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の内端面とを突合せ状態で、前記外側継手部材の軸部がセレーションを介して前記ハブ輪にトルク伝達可能に内嵌され、ねじ手段を介して前記ハブ輪と外側継手部材とが着脱自在に締結された駆動車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の内端面との間に、金属製円盤の表面にフッ素樹脂と耐熱性樹脂からなるバインダー樹脂と金属酸化物を必須成分とする樹脂被膜を有するスラスト軸受を介装させたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記樹脂被膜が、前記フッ素樹脂100重量部に対して、前記バインダー樹脂が100〜150重量部、前記金属酸化物が5〜20重量部である請求項1の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記金属酸化物が酸化鉄である請求項1または2の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記金属製円盤と前記樹脂被膜との間に、銅合金の多孔質層を形成した請求項1から3のいずれか1項の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記樹脂被膜の上からさらに、フッ素樹脂を含まない耐熱性樹脂被膜を形成した請求項1から4のいずれか1項の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
