Claims (8)

  1. 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료에 있어서, 중량%로 PTFE5-30%, 청동5-60%, 흑연1-20%, 나머지 PVDF로 구성된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로 PTFE15-30%, 청동15-35%, 흑연 3-12%, 나머지 PVDF로 구성된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로 PTFE20-27%, 청동 15-25%, 흑연 4-9%, 나머지 PVDF로 구성된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  4. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PVDF 출발물질이 50㎛ 미만의 입자크기의 분말로 구성된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 청동이 중량%로 주석 5-15%를 함유한 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 청동이 중량%로 주석 9-13%를 함유한 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  7. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 청동은 300 B.S Mesh 체를 모두 통과하는 입자크기로 구성된 것이 특징인 플라스틱 베이스의 베어링재료.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 재료로 된 라이닝을 갖는 것이 특징인 베어링.
