Claims (18)
- a)약 25-약 90중량%의 피브릴화, 합성, 유기 중합체 섬유; b)약 5-약 20중량%의 합성, 유기 중합체 스테이플 섬유 및 c)약 5-약 70중량%의 가용성, 합성, 유기 중합체 입자로 구성된 약 1-약 30중량%의 건조 블렌드로 구성된 건조하게 가공된 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, a), b) 및 c) 중 하나 이상이 아크릴 중합체인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 a), b) 및 c)가 아크릴 중합체인 마찰 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 아크릴로니트로 중합체인 마찰 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 아크릴로니트로 중합체인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, c)의 평균 직영이 약 60미크론 이하인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)의 CSF가 약 600㎖이하이고, 중합체의 융점이 약 232.2℃(450℉)이상인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, c)가 1㎡/g이상의 BET 표면적을 갖는 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, b)가 약 0.5-7㎜의 길이를 가지는 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 및/또는 b)중 하나 또는 모두가 주름진 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, b) 및/또는 b)중 하나 또는 모두가 미리-산화되는 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)의 농도가 약 35-약 90중량%이고, b)의 농도가 약 5-약 15중량%이고, c)의 농도가 약 5-약 60중량%인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반-금속성 물질 및 유기 비-석면 물질로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 구성요소인 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가로 열경화성 결합제로 구성되는 마찰 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 및/또는 b)가 이중 성분 섬유인 마찰 물질.
- 열결화성 결합체 및 제1항의 블렌드의 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물을 압착시켜 예비성형물을 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 비-석면 유형 마찰 물질 제조 방법.
- 열경화성 결합체 및 제1항의 블렌드의 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물을 압착시켜 예비성형물을 형성하고, 상기 예비성형물을 승온에서 경화시키고, 상기 경화된 예비성형물로부터 마찰 요소를 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 마찰 요소 제조 방법.
- a)약 25-약 90중량%의 피브릴화, 아크릴 또는 아라미드 중합체 섬유; b)약 5-약 20중량%의 아크릴 또는 아라미드 중합체 스테이플 섬유 및 c)약 5-약 70중량%의 가용성, 아크릴 또는 아라미드 중합체 입자로 구성된 건조 블렌드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
