Claims (10)

  1. 마찰 브레이크 재료는 높은 기계적 강도 및 높은 마찰 계수를 제공하는 섬유구조를 갖는 기초 자재, 마찰브레이크 재료의 마모성을 감소시키기 위한 윤활제, 마찰 브레이크 재료에 열 안정성을 제공하고 마찰 브레이크 재료의마찰 특성을 보조하는 충진제, 및 결합 물질을 함유하는 마찰 브레이크 재료에 있어서, 결합 물질이 피치로 제조된 축합 폴리뉴클레어 방향족 탄화수소 수지임을 특징으로 하는 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  2. 마찰 브레이크 재료에 높은 기계적 강도 및 높은 마찰 계수를 제공하는 섬유구조를 갖는 기초 자재, 마찰브레이크 재료의 마모성을 감소시키기 위한 윤활제, 마찰 브레이크 재료에 열 안정성을 제공하고 마찰 브레이크 재료의 마찰 특성을 보조하는 충진제, 및 결합 물질을 함유하는 마찰 브레이크 재료에 있어서, 윤활제가 안티몬(Ⅲ) 설파이드를 함유하고 결합 물질이 축한 폴리뉴클레어 방향족 탄화수소 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 윤활제가 흑연을 함유하는 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기초 자재가 석면인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기초 자재가 강철 섬유인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 기초 자재가 세라믹 섬유인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 충진제가 황산바륨인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 안티몬(Ⅲ) 설파이드의 양이 마찰 브레이크 재료를 기준으로 5 내지 20중량%인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  9. 마찰 브레이크 재료에 높은 기계적 강도 및 높은 마찰 계수를 제공하기 위한 기초 자재로서 금속 섬유, 마찰 브레이크 재료의 마모성을 감소시키기 위한 윤활제로서 흑연, 마찰 브레이크 재료에 열 안정성을 제공하고 마찰 브레이크 재료의 마찰 특성을 보조하기 위한 충진제로서 황산바륨, 및 결합 물질로서 수지를 함유하는 마찰 브레이크 재료에있어서, 윤활제가 안티몬(Ⅲ) 설파이드를 추가로 함유하고 결합 물질이 축합 폴리뉴클레어 방향족 탄화수소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 마찰 브레이크 재료.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 안티몬(Ⅲ) 설파이드의 양이 마찰 브레이크 재료를 기준으로 5 내지 20중량%인 마찰 브레이크 재료.
