Abstract

본 발명은 가는 아라미드 섬유와, 셀룰로즈 섬유와 적어도 한 형태의 필러 재료를 포함하는 섬유 베이스 재료와 섬유 베이스 재료를 페놀 또는 개량된 페놀 수지로 합침함으로써 생성된 비석면 마찰 재료에 관한 것이다. 마찰 재료는 양호한 떨림 방지를 나타내고 특히 연속 슬립 클러치 분야에 유용하다.

Claims (13)

  1. 다수의 가는 아라미드 섬유와, 셀루로즈 섬유와 적어도 한 형태의 필러 재료를 포함하는 비석면 마찰 재료에 사용하기 위한 섬유 베이스 재료에 있어서, 상기 가는 아라미드 섬유와 셀루로즈 섬유와 필러 재료는 마찰 표면에 표면 부드러움성과 떨림 완충을 제공하기에 충분한 량이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 베이스 재료의 중량에 근거해서, 약 10 내지 40%중량의 가는 아라미드 섬유와, 약 5 내지 30% 중량의 셀루로즈 섬유와 약 30 내지 75% 중량의 필러 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 베이스 재료의 중량에 근거해서, 약 15 내지 25%중량의 가는 아라미드 섬유와, 약 5 내지 30%중량의 셀루로즈 섬유와 약 45 내지 70% 중량의 필러 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 베이스 재료의 중량에 근거해서, 약 22 내지 25% 중량의 가는 아라미드 섬유와, 약 13 내지 25% 중량의 셀루로즈 섬유와 약 50 내지 65% 중량의 필러 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가는 아라미드 섬유는 CSF 인덱스(Canadian Standard Freeness index)에서 약 150 내지 650의 자유도 보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가는 아라미드 섬유는 CSF 인덱스에서 약 150 내지 450의 자유도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀루로즈 섬유는 면, 삼 또는 이들의 혼합사는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러 재료는 6 내지 38마이크롤 범위의 직경을 가진 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러 재료는 실리카 필러, 카본 입자와 유리 비드를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 베이스 재료.
  10. 페놀 또는 개량된 페놀 수지로 함침된 제1항의 섬유 베이스 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰 재료.
  11. 에폭시 페놀 개량된 수지로 함침된 제1항의 섬유 베이스 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰 재료.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 재료는 약 35 내지 65% 중량의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰 재료.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 마찰 계수(μ)와 슬립핑 속도(V)와의 관계가 약 0 내지 3m/sec의 속도 영역에서 dμ/dv≥0로 정의되는 것을 특징으로하는 비석면 마찰 재료.
