Abstract
본 발명은 탄성과 오일흡수 특성을 가진 제1층과 제1층에 본드된 내고온성과 고강도 특성을 가진 제2층을 포함하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료에 관한 것이다. 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료는, 페놀, 개량 페놀 실리콘, 개량 실리콘 또는 실리콘/페놀 수지 혼합물에 주입될 때, 양호한 마찰과 마모특성을 나타내는 마찰 재료를 제공하고 특성 고에너지 앤드 사용분야에 유익하다.

Claims (12)
- 제1층과 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료의 전체 조합 두께의 약 2% 내지 50%를 포함하는 제1층에 본드된 제2층을 포함하는 비석면 마찰재료내에 사용하기 적합한 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료에 있어서, 상기 제2층은 내고온성과 고강도 섬유 및/또는 마찰 개량 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층은 제2 또는 상부층과 겉거나 또는 다른 조성물과 밀도을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 중량을 근거로, 제1층은 약 50% 내지 75% 코튼과 약 25% 내지 50% 필터재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 중량을 근거로 약 40% 내지 50%코튼과 약 30% 내지 약 50% 필터재료와 약 10% 내지 약 20% 유리 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2층은 아라미드 펄프와 선택적으로 조합한 아라미드섬유와 질화실리콘 입자 : 또는 아라미드 펄프와 조합한 아라미드섬유와 카본섬유로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2층은 제2층의 중량을 근거한 중량 퍼센트로, 약 20% 내지 약 40% 아라미드섬유 또는 이들의 조합물; 약 15% 내지 35% 충진제 재료; 약 10% 내지 약 30% 시리카 입자; 약 5% 내지 약 25% 탄성 폴리머 입자;와 약 3% 내지 20% 유리섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층과 제2층 각각은 각 층의 중량을 근거한 중량 퍼센트로, 약 30% 내지 약 50%코튼; 약 3% 내지 약 10% 아라미드 섬유 또는 펄프 또는 섬유와 펄프의 조합물; 약 10% 내지 20% 충진제 재료; 약 3% 내지 약 10% 질화실리콘 입자; 약15% 내지 25% 마찰 입자; 약 0% 내지 20% 유리섬유;와 0% 내지 25% 노보로이드 섬유 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하며, 상기 제1층은 약525 이상의 CSF를 가지는 섬유를 포함하고 상기 제2층은 475 이하의 CSF를 가지는 코튼섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 입자는 약 3% 내지 5% 탄성 폴리머 입자와 약 10% 내지 20% 캐슈 셀 넛 액체입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 노보로이드 섬유는 약 3㎜의 펴균 길이를 가지는 5 내지 15% 섬유를 포함하고 약 0.2㎜의 평균 길이를 가지는 5 내지 15% 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1층과 제2층은 약 20% 내지 약 40% 아라미드 섬유 또는 펄프 또는 섬유와 펄프의 조합물; 약 15% 내지 약 35% 충진제 재료; 약 10% 내지 30% 실리카 입자; 약 5% 내지 25% 탄성 폴리머 입자;와 약 3% 내지 약 20% 유리섬유를 포함하며, 상기 제1층은 약 70 내지 90lb/3000sq.ft를 가지고 상기 제2층은 약 30 내지 약 50lb/3000sq.ft를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료.
- 페놀 또는 개향 페놀수지, 에폭시 페놀 개량수지, 실리콘 또는 개량 실리콘 수지, 또는 페놀 또는 개량 페놀수지와 실리콘과 개량 실리콘 수지의 혼합물로 주입된 제1항의 2후라이 섬유 주성분재료를 포함하는 비석면 마찰재료에 있어서, 상기 마찰재료는 약 35% 내지 65% 중량 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재료.
- 오일 흡수제 섬유 및/또는 충진제 재료를 포함하는 제1층을 형성하는 단계와, 제1층에 제2층을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 비석면 마찰재료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1층은 내온도성과 고강도 섬유 및/또는 마찰 개량 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면 마찰재료 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
