Abstract
본 발명은 보다 덜 피브릴화된 섬유화 합성 흑연과 하나 이상의 충전재를 포함하는 섬유 기재 및 이로부터 제조된 비석면 마찰 재료에 관한 것이다. 특정 양태에 있어서, 섬유 개재에 예를 들어 폐놀 수지와 실리콘 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 페놀수지 재료 또는 기본 수지 재료를 합침시킨다.

제1A도는 실리콘-페놀계 수지 혼합물이 함침된 섬유 기재(실례 C)의 주사전자현미경 사진이다,
제1B도는 페놀계 수지가 함침된 통상의 섬유재료(통상의 재료1)의 주사전자현미경 사진이다,
제2도는 페놀계 수지가 함침된 섬유 기재(실례A) 또는 실리콘-페놀계 수지 혼합물이 함침된 섬유 기재(실례 B)에 대해 중량 변화도(%)와 온도 증가 사이의 관계를 도시한 열중량부선(TGA)그래프이다,
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 실례 A의 잔류물의 양 및 백분율, 유도체 중량 변화도(%/℃) 및 온도 증가에 따른 중량 손실도(%)를 도시한 TGA그래프이다.
Claims (21)
- 보다덜 피브릴화된 다수의 아라미드 섬유, 합성 흑연 및 하나 이상의 충전재를 포함하는, 비석면 마찰재료(non-asbestos friction material)에서 사용하기 위한 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보다 덜 피브릴화된 아라미드 섬유와 함성 흑연이 마찰재료에 고내열성과 거의 균일한 마찰 계수를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보다 덜 피브릴화된 아라미드 섬유의 여수도가 캐나다 여수도 표준 지수(Canadian Freeness Standard index)로 약 450이상인 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 흑연이 약 2,800 내지 3,000℃의 온도에서 흑연화시킴으로써 제조되고 이의 직경 크기가 약 20 내지 약 50μ의 범위인 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 규조토를 포함하는 섬유 개지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 직경 중간 평균 크기가 약 2.5 내지 약 12μ의 범위인 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마찰재료가 용이하게 이용가능한 공극을 약 50%이상 갖는 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보다 덜 피브릴화된 아라미드 섬유 약 10 내지 약50중량%, 합성 흑연 약 10 내지 약 35중량% 및 충전재 약 20 내지 약 45중량%를 포함하는 섬유 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보다 덜 피브릴화된 아라미드 섬유 약 20 내지 약30중량%, 합성 흑연 약 15 내지 약 35중량%, 충전재 약 20 내지 약 30중량% 및 면 섬유 약 0 내지 약 40중량%를 포함하는 섬유 기재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 면 섬유를 약 20 내지 약 40% 포함하는 섬유 기재.
- 페놀 수지 또는 개질 페놀 수지가 합침된 제1항의 섬유 기재를 포함하는 비석면 마찰재료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수지를 약 40 내지 60중량%포함하는 마찰재료.
- 실리콘 수지의 양이 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약80중량%인 페놀 수지와 실리콘 수지와의 혼합물이 함침된 제1항의 섬유 기재를 포함하는, 고내열성 및 실제로 균일한 마찰계수를 나타내는 비석면 마찰제료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 페놀 수지가 용매 재료에 존재하고, 실리콘 수지가 페놀 수지의 용매 재료와 혼화가능한 용매재료에 존재하는 마찰재료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물에 존재하는 실리콘 수지의 양이 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 20 내지 약25중량%의 범위인 마찰재료.
- 제13항에 있어서, 실리콘 페놀 수지 혼합물에 존재하는 실리콘 수지의 양이 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 15 내지 약 25중량%의 범위인 마찰재료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 개질된 페놀 수지가 엑폭시 페놀 수지를 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 제17항에 있어서, 에폭시 페놀 수지에 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 양이 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 25중량%의 범위인 마찰재료.
- 제17항에 있어서, 에폭시 페놀 수지에 존재하는 에폭시 수지의 양이 에폭시 페놀 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10 내지 약 15중량%의 범위인 마찰재료.
- 보다 덜 피브릴화된 아라미드 섬유를 합성 흑연 및 하나 이상의 충전제와 혼합하여 섬유 기재를 형성하고, 섬유 기재에 하나 이상의 페놀 수지 또는 개질된 페놀 수지를 함침시킨 다음, 함침된 섬유 기재를 소정의 온도에서 소정의 시간동안 경화시킴을 포함하여, 비석면 마찰재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 페놀 수지를 실리콘 수지와 혼합하여, 제1항의 섬유 기재에 실리콘-페놀 수지 혼합물을 합침시킨 다음, 함침된 섬유 기재를 가열하여 페놀 수지와 실리콘 수지를 경화시킴을 포함하여, 비석면 마찰재료를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
