Claims (10)
- (1) 경량지지 필라멘트로된 직포 또는 부직포 섬유질매트 또는 캔리어를 (b) 고무질 비닐 부가 중합체 약 8-70중량%를 함유하는 (a) 제1열경화성에폭시수지로 구성된 삽입수지 조성물내에 넣어주어 지지삽입수지층을 형성시킨 다음 (2) 상기 지지 삽입수지층을 (a) 고강도보강 필라멘트로 된 직물과 (b) 상기 직물을 함침 필복하는 제2열경화성 에폭시수지조성물로 구성된 삼유수지매트릭스의 적어도 한 표면에 도입시키는 것으로 구성된 삽입층을 가진 섬유수지 매트릭스프리프레그 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물이 고온에서 적어도 50,000psi 이상의 전단탄성율과 적어도 3,000psi의 항복강도가 -37℃에서 및 실온에서 각각 6% 이상 및 15% 이상의 파괴에 대한 전단변형율을 나타내며; 상기 제2열경화성 에폭시 수지조성물이 고온에서 적어도 90,000psi 또는 고온 습윤조건하에서 적어도 50,000psi의 전단탄성율을 나타내는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 지지 필라멘트가 경량유리, 탄소, 흑연, 폴리아라미드, 폴리아라미르, 셀룰로오즈성 필라멘트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 약 1000-12000개의 고강도보강 필라멘트를 함유하는 인터위이빙된 토우로 구성되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보강 필라멘트가 유리, 탄소, 흑연, 탄화규소, 붕소, 폴리아라미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 레욘, 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리벤조티아졸 필라멘트 및 금속으로 피복된 그런 필라멘트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무질비닐 부가중합체가 상기 삽입수지 조성물의 약 8-24중량%를 구성하며, 상기 제2열경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물이 상기 섬유수지매트릭스의 약 35-60중량%를 구성하며 상기 섬유질매트 또는 캔리어가 삽입층을 가진 섬유수지매트릭스프레그직물의 약 5중량% 이하를 구성하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압입수지층과 상기 섬유수지 매트릭스 사이에 교차결합된 계면이 형성된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2열경화성 에폭시수지조성물이 각기 독립적으로 다가페놀의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 다가페놀의 염화 또는 브롬화생성물의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 노보락의 폴리글리시딜에테르, 방향족 아민과 에피클로로히드린으로 부터 유도된 폴리에폭시화합물 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 에폭시화합물로 구성된 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2열경화성 에폭시수지조성물이 모두 약 3,000psi 이상의 극한 전단응력을 나타내는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서 상기 에폭시수지조성물이 경화제를 더 함유하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
