제 1 도는 본 발명의 마찰 재료와 비교하기 위한 마찰재료의 마찰 특성 측정 실험에서 경과시간과 탄성률의 관계를 나타낸 곡선이며,
제 2 도는 동일하게 경과시간과 라이닝 두께의 변화율의 관계를 나타낸 곡선이며,
제 3 도 및 제4도는 동일하게 경과시간과 탄성률의 관계를 나타낸 곡선이며,
제 5 도는 동일하게 사이클수와 실면적당 버클링 하중(荷重)의 관계를 나타낸 곡선이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 5-40%(중량%)의 열경화성 수지를 결합 성분으로하고, 나머지가 충진물(filler)인 마찰 재료로서, 상기 충전물에 적어도 고무와 팽창화흑연(exfoliated graphite)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 마찰 재료.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충진물에 적어도 다공질 펄프 미립자 분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 마찰 재료.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 펄프 미립자 분말이 20-70%의 기공률을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 습식 마찰 재료.
  4. 50-40%(중량%)의 열경화성 수지를 결합 성분으로하고, 나머지가 충진물인 마찰 재료로서, 상기 충진물에 적어도 고무를 함침 또는 코팅한 팽창화 흑연을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식마찰재료.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 충진물에 열경화성 수지와 부분적으로 결합된 다공질 펄프 미립자 분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식마찰재료.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지와 부분적으로 결합한 상기의 다공질 펄프 미립자 분말이 20-70%의 기공률을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 습식 마찰 재료.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 고무를 함침 또는 코팅한 팽창화 흑연의 함유량이 1-60%(중량%)인 습식 마찰 재료.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 고무를 함침 또는 코팅한 팽창화 흑연의 함유량이 1-60%(중량%)인 습식 마찰 재료.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서, 고무를 함침 또는 코팅한 팽창화 흑연의 함유량이 1-60%(중량%)인 습식 마찰 재료.
