제2도는 72시간 끓인후 시이트의 밀도에 대한 잔류파괴 계수 백분율을 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 셀룰로스섬유와, 압축될때 셀룰로스 섬유를 함께 결합시키기에 충분한 양의 열경화성수지로 이루어지는 시이트에 있어서, 밀도가 1100kg/m3또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 열경화성수지는 영국표준 BS 5669에 따라 시험 침지 시간을 24시간으로 하여 시이트의 수팽윤 시험을 할때 시이트의 수팽윤이 1% 미만이 되는 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 열경화성수지는 적어도 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 적어도 15중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  5. 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기한 열경화성수지는 15 내지 25중량%의 범위의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  6. 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 약 16중량%으로 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  7. 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 시이트는 7 내지 11 중량% 양의 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  8. 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로스 섬유가 목부 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  9. 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 시이트의 밀도는 1100kg/m3내지 1300kg/m3의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
  10. 셀룰로스 섬유와 열경화성수지를 함께 조합하고 매트 또는 웨브를 형성하고, 메트 또는 웨브를 밀도가 적어도 1100kg/m3이 되도록 가열 및 압축하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 셀룰로스섬유와 열경화성수지는 시이트의 가수상의 밀도에 대한 가로축상의 내부 결합강도를 측정하는 선의 기울기가 변하는 지점을 넘어서서 압축되고 상기 지점을 넘어서서는 선의 기울기가 더욱 급해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 적어도 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 적어도 15중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 15 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성수지는 약 16중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제10항 내지 제15항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시이트는 7 내지 11중량%의 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제10항 내지 제16항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 목부 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
