Claims (4)

  1. 표면상에 형성되어 있고 다공들이 한정되어진 다공질 금속층과 표면 및 다공들에 함침되고 피복되어지는 함침 피복용 조성물을 갖는 금속이금을 포함하는 슬라이딩 부재로서, 상기 조성물이 (a) PFA,EPE 및 FEP로 조성되는 A그룹(용융성 불화탄화수소수지)으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질이 0.5∼30용량%, 그리고 평균 입자 크기에 있어 1,000-8,500cm2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 금속납이 5∼30용량%, 그 나머지 부분은 실질적으로 PTFE로 조성되는 것으로서, PTFE를 제외한 각구성 재료의 전체 함량이 5.5∼50용량%로 조성되는 슬라이딩 부재.
  2. 금속이금의 표면상에 형성된 가공질 금속층에 한정된 다공들과 표면에 제1항에 따른 함침피복용 조성물(a)을 함침 및 피복시키는 단계와, 그 후에 중성분위기 또는 환원성 분위기 중에서 상기 함침피복용 조성물(a)로써 상기 금속이금을 소성처리하는 단계를 포함하는 슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법.
  3. 표면상에 형성되어 있고, 다공들이 한정되어진 다공질 금속층과 표면 및 다공들에 함침되고 피복되어지는 함침피복용 조성물을 갖는 금속이금을 포함하는 슬라이딩 부재로서, 상기 조성물리 (b)PFA,EPE 및 FEP로 조성되는 A그룹(용융성 불화탄화수소수지)으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질이 0.5∼30용량%, 그리고 평균입자 크기에 있어, 1,000-8,500cm2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 금속납이 5∼30용량%, 금속산화물이나 금속불화물, 흑연 등과 같은 고체 윤활제와 탄소섬유, 유리섬유 등과같은 섬유재료와 sic와 같은 세라믹으로 조성되는 B그룹(충진제)으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 물질이 0.5∼30용량%및 그나머지 부분이 실질적으로 PTFE로 조성되는 것으로서, PTFE를 제외한 각 구성 재료의 전체 함량이 6-50용량%로 조성되는 슬라이딩 부재.
  4. 금속이금의 표면상에 형성된 다공질 금속층에 한정된 다공들과 표면에 제3항에 따른 함침피복용 조성물(b)을 함침 및 피복시키는 단계와, 그 후에 중성분위기 또는 환원성 분위기 중에서 상기 함침피복용 조성물(b)로써 상기 금속이금을 소성처리하는 단계를 포함하는 슬라이딩 부재의 제조방법.
