Claims (2)
- 一方の面に滑り面を有すると共に銅の被覆層を有した板を滑り面が内周側に位置するようにして円筒状に巻いてなり、内周面が滑り面となっている円筒状の巻きブッシュ軸受であって、ブッシュ軸受の外周面は、円筒面と、この円筒面とブッシュ軸受の軸方向の少なくとも一方の環状の端面との間に介在していると共にプレス成形により形成されたテーパー面とを有しており、ブッシュ軸受の円筒面での半径r1と一方の環状の端面の外周縁の半径r2との差δ(=r1−r2)は、ブッシュ軸受の円筒面での肉厚をtとすると、0.1t以上であって0.3t以下の範囲にあり、テーパー面は、平坦又は外側に凸となるように、円筒面と一方の環状の端面との間において一方の環状の端面から連続して軸方向に伸びていると共に銅の被覆層の露出面からなっており、円筒面は、テーパー面から連続して軸方向であってブッシュ軸受の軸方向の他方の端面に向かって伸びているブッシュ軸受。
- 円筒面を有したプレスローラと、環状凹所面を有したプレスローラとを準備して、両プレスローラの円筒面と環状凹所面とで形成される空間に、銅の被覆層で被覆された裏金、この裏金の一方の面における銅の被覆層に一体に被着された多孔質焼結金属層及びこの多孔質焼結金属層に含浸されかつ一部が多孔質焼結金属層の一方の面に形成されていると共に自己潤滑性及び耐摩耗性を有した合成樹脂を含んだ滑り層を具備した複層板からなる帯状の板を挿入して、この帯状の板を回転する両プレスローラでロール成形して、銅の被覆層の露出面からなるテーパー面を帯状の板の一方の面に形成し、このテーパ面が形成された帯状の板を切断して短冊状の板を形成し、この短冊状の板を、滑り面が内周側に位置するようにして円筒状に巻き、この巻回後、アップセットを施して円筒形状を整えて、円筒面及びこの円筒面と軸方向の少なくとも一方の環状の端面との間に介在していると共に銅の被覆層の露出面からなるテーパー面を有していると共に円筒面での半径r1と一方の環状の端面の外周縁の半径r2との差δ(=r1−r2)が円筒面での肉厚をtとすると、0.1t以上であって0.3t以下の範囲にある巻きブッシュ軸受を製造する方法。
