Abstract

본 발명은 고무 조성물은 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔코폴리머 고무 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔코폴리머 고무와 디멘 고무와의 혼합무, 특수 알콕시실란 화합물 및 비표면적 5 내지 100㎡/g(BET 흡착)을 갖는 무정형 실리카 분말을 함유한다. 본 발명의 가황 고무는 이러한 고무 조성물을 가황하여 제조한다.
본 발명의 고무 조성물은 동적 특성이 우수하고 또한 기계적 특성, 내동적 피로성 및 내열 에이징성도 우수하다.
본 발명은 또한 상기한 효과를 갖는 가황 고무를 제공할수 있다.

가황가능한 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔 코포리머(EPDM)함유 고무 조성물.

Claims (9)

  1. 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔코폴리머 고무(EPDM), 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 알콕시실란 화합물중 적어도 1종 뿐만 아니라 통상적으로 사용되는 가교결합제와 비표면적 5 내지 100㎡/g(BET 흡착:ISO 5794/1, Annex D)인 실리카 및/또는 실리케이트를 함유하는 가화가능한 고무 조성물.
    상기식에서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 그룹이고, R1는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹 또는 페닐 그룹이고, n은 0,1또는 2이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 2가 직쇄 또는 측쇄 탄화수소 래디칼이고, R3는 탄소수 6내지 12의 아릴렌 그룹이고, m 및 p는 각기 0 또는 1이나 동시에 0은 아니며, q는 1 또는 2이고, B는 -SCN 또는 -SH(q가 1인 경우)및 -Sx(q가 2인 경우)(여기에서 X는 2내지 8의 정수이다)이다.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알콕시 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹 또는 페닐 그룹이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이고, r4는 탄소수 2 내지 20의 1가 직쇄 또는 측쇄 불포화 탄화수소 래디칼이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고무 100중량부당 실리카 및/또는 실리케이트 5 내지 90중량부를 함유하고, 알콕시실란은 비표면적 ㎡당 0.1x10-6내지 13.5x10-6몰 알콕시실릴 그룹을 얻을 수 있는 것이 보장되는 양으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카 및/또는 실리케이트를 고무 화합물로 혼입하기전에 알콕시 실란과 혼합하고/하거나 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 한에 잇어서,조성물이 비표면적 5 내지 90㎡/g범위의 카본 블랙 및/또는 비표면적 1 내지 30㎡/g범위의 광물 충전제를 각기 0.1 내지 60중량부 및 0.1 내지 100중량부의 양으로 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 EPDM이 에틸렌 50 내지 83몰%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 사용된 EPDM이 8 내지 30의 요드가를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 EPDM이 무니 점도(MS1+4, 160°C) 40 내지 80을 갖는 에틸렌-프로필렌-5-에틸리덴-2-노르보르넨인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 상용성 고무 또는 프라스틱을 추가로 함유하는 을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 100내지 270°C에서 가열온도에 따라 1 내지 150분간 가열하는 것으로 이어지는 상기항에 따른 조성물의 가황 방법.
