Abstract
본 발명은, 부극활물질에 수은무첨가의 아연합금, 그 집전체(集電??)로서 구리 및, 구리합금을 가진 알칼리전지로서, 지전체로부터 발생하는 수소가스를 억제한 내누액성에 뛰어난 알칼리 건전지를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 부국활물질에 수은무첨가의 아연합금, 그 집전체로서 구리 및 구리합금을 가진 알칼리전지로서, 집전체표면에 수소과전압이 높이 금속을 0.1㎛이상 도금하므로서, 집전체 표면에 고착, 또는 침식한 Fe, Cr, Co, Mo, W 및 그 산화물을 은폐하여 수소가스발생을 억제한 것을 특징으로 하며, 이로써 내누액성에 뛰어난 알칼리 건전지를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 부극활물질로서 수은 무첨가의 아연합금분말로 이루어진 부극을 전지의 중심부에 설정하고, 이 부극의 외주에 세퍼테이터를 개재해서 설정된 정극과, 부극내부에 집전체로서 삽입된 구리 또는 구리합금으로 이루어진 집전체를 구비해서 이루어진 알칼리건전디로서, 상기 집전체에 있어서 그 표면에 수은과전압이 높은 금속을 도금한 집전체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리건전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도금하는 금속이 주석, 납, 구리, 아연 및 적어도 이들 2종류이상의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리건전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도금두께가 0.1㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리건전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
