제1도는 필름 주행성을 평가하기 위한 동적마찰계수를 측정하는 장치의 도면이다.
Claims (18)
- 필름의 한쪽 면 또는 양쪽 면의 표면상에, (i)0.15㎛이하의 평균높이를 갖는 미소 돌기가 1.0 ×104내지 1.0×108개/㎟ 존재하며, (ⅱ)미소 돌기는 표면이 바인더 수지로 코팅된 미세 입자로 구성되며, (ⅲ)미소 돌기는 필름 표면상에 바인더 수지에 의해 부착되고,(ⅳ)바인더 수지는 미소 돌기가 존재하는 필름 표면의 부근 이외의 필름 표면에는 실질적으로 존재하지 않으며, (ⅴ)필름표면의 평균표면조도(Ra)는 0.001 내지 0.01㎛인 자기기록 매체용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 표면상의 미소 돌기의 평균 높이가 0.1㎛ 이하인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 표면상의 미소 돌기가 1 ×105내지 8 ×107개/㎟으로 존재하는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,미소돌기내의 미세입자가 미세입자의 입경의 상태 표준 편차 값이 0.5 이하인 것과 같은 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 평균 표면 조도(Ra)가 0.001 내지 0.007㎛인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미소 돌기는 평균입경 0.1㎛ 이하이며, 표면이 바인더 수지로 코팅되어 있으며 이에 의해 필름 표면상에 부착되는 미세입자로 구성된 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바인더 수지가 필름에 대해 양호한 접착성을 갖는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바인더 수지는 80 내지 240℃의 연화점을 갖는 필름.
- 제1항의(ⅰ) 내지(ⅴ)의 특징을 갖는 플리에스테르 필름의 표면상에 강자상 금속 박막이 형성되어 있는 자기기록매체.
- 강자성 금속 박막이 0.01 내지 0.6㎛의 두께를 갖는 자기기록매체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 강자성 금속박막이 코발트 또는 코발트 합금으로 구성된 자기기록매체.
- 폴리에스테르 필름의 한쪽 면 또는 양쪽 면의 표면상에, 쉽게 휘발되는 액체 매질내에 바인더 수지로 표면이 코팅된 미세입자가 균일하게 분산되어 있는 분산액을 도포하고, 생성 필름을 건조시킨 다음, 필요하다면 생성 필름을 연신처리 또는 열-고정처리하는 제1항의 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 미세입자가 0.1㎛ 이하의 평균입경을 갖는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 바인더 수지 및 폴리에스테르를 용해시키지 않거나 미약하게 용해시키는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 30 내지 240℃의 비점을 갖는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 분산액이 30중량% 이하의 고체 성분 농도를 갖는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 분산액이 계면 활성제를 더 함유하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면위에 분산액을 도포하고, 건조시킨 후에, 생성필름에 연신처리 또는 열-고정처리를 더 하는 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
