Claims (6)
- 기판의 양면에 적어도 철를 주체로 하는 강자성 금속분말, 액체형상의 윤활제가 결합제수지중에 분산된 자성층을 도포하여 되는 자기디스크에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속분말이 입자지름 0.1~0.4㎛이고, 상기 자성층의 용적에 대하여 25~40%의 비율로 포함되어 있고, 상기 윤활제가 상기 자성층중에 80~500mg/㎡포하되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속분말이 바늘형상이며, 강자성층 중에서 무배향 또는 자기디스크의 원둘레 방향으로만 배향되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성층의 도포두께가 1~3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속분말이 입자지름 0.1~0.3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속분말이 상기 자성층의 용적에 대하여 30~35%의 비율로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 상기 자성층중에 150~450mg/㎡포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
