Claims (5)

  1. 알칼리금속 수산화물 및/ 또는 알칼리토금속 수산화물, 구리 함유 촉매 및 물의 공존하에서 아미노알콜을 산화적 탈수소 반응시켜 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 아미노 알콜로부터 아미노카르복실산염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물중의 니켈의 농도를 40ppm미만으로 유지하면서 반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    [식중 R1및 R2는 각기 수소원자, 히드록시에틸기, 탄소수 1∼18의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 2∼3의 아미노알킬기이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 0.3중량%미만의 농도로 니켈을 함유하는 구리-함유 촉매를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 상기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 아미노알콜에 대하여 5∼50중량%의 양으로 구리-함유 촉매를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 반응 혼합물의 1m3당 0.1∼1.5kw범위인 교반력을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내부벽 재료가 니켈을 함유하지 않는 반응기를 사용하는 방법.
