Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 이노소오스 화합물 :
    식중, X1및 X2는 둘다 할로겐이거나 ; X1는 수소이고 및 X2는 할로겐이거나 ; 또는 X1은 -SQ1이고 및 X2는 -SQ2(식중, Q1및 Q2는 각각 저급 알킬이거나 또는 Q1및 Q2는 저급 알킬렌을 형성한다.)이며 ; R1은 히드록시-보호기이고 ; 및 Y는 =0, =N-Z(식중 Z는 (보호) 히드록시이다.) 또는(식중, A는 수소 또는 아민잔기이다.)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 Y가 =0인 이노소오스 화합물.
  3. 하기 일반식(4)로 나타내어지는 화합물을 염기로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(a)로 나타내어지는 이노소오스 화합물의 제조방법.
    [식중, X1및 X2는 둘다 할로겐이거나 ; 또는 X1은 -SQ1이고 및 X2는 -SQ2(식중 Q1및 Q2는 각각 저급 알킬이거나 또는 Q1및 Q2는 저급 알킬렌을 형성한다.)이며 ; 및 R1은 히드록시-보호기이다.]
  4. 하기 일반식(5')의 화합물에 대하여 부분 탈할로겐화반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(6')로 나타내어지는 이노소오스 화합물의 제조방법.
    식중, X1및 X2는 둘다 할로겐이고 ; 및 R1히드록시-보호기이다.)
  5. 하기 일반식(a)의 화합물을 일반식 R2-NH2(식중, R2는 아민 잔기 또는 보호 가능한 히드록시이다.)로 나타내어지는 1급 아민 또는 히드록실아민과 반응시키고, 이어서 생성물에 대하여 환원 반응 및 탈황화 반응 또는 탈할로겐화 반응을 실시한 후, 필요에 따라 탈보호 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 나타내어지는 슈도아미노 슈가의 제조방법.

  6. 하기 일반식(5')로 나타내어지는 화합물에 대하여 탈할로겐화 반응 또는 탈황화반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(12)로 나타내어지는 이노소오스 화합물의 제조방법.
