Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)
    로 표시되는 시안히드린의 촉매 수화반응에 의해,
    일반식(Ⅰ)
    (상기 일반식(II) 및 (I)에서, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼10의 지방족 탄화수소기를, R2는 탄소수 1∼10의 지방족, 지방족고리 또는 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법에 있어서, 알칼리 금속원소 및 알칼리 토금속 원소를 1종 또는 2종 이상 함유하는 변성 이산화망간을 촉매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시안히드린이 아세톤 시안히드린인 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속원소가 나트륨 및 칼륨에서 선택되는 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 토금속원소가 마그네슘 및 칼슘에서 선택되는 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 변성 이산화 망간에 함유된 알칼리 금속원소 및 알칼리 토금속 원소의 망간원소에 대한 원자비가 0.05∼0.5인 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수화반응에 사용되는 시안 히드린 원료액의 수소이온 농도 pH가 4∼8의 범위내인 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수화반응에 사용되는 시안히드린 원료액에 반응생성액의 일부를 순환시키는 α-하이드록시 카르복시산 아미드의 제조방법.
