Claims (20)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디케토-옥심을 환원시키고 생서물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 하이드록시아미노케톤의 제조방법.
    상기 식에어, Ar은 2-,3-또는 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디케토-옥심을 수소개스와 금속촉매로 환원시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디케토-옥심을 수소개스와 탄소상 팔라듐촉매로 환원시키는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R1이 에틸그룹인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디케토-옥심을 용해금속으로 환원시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디케토-옥심을 아연금속, 포름산 및 메탄설폰산으로 이루어진 혼합물로 환원시키는 방법.

    상기 식에서, Ar이 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속시아네이트가 시안산칼륨인 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, Ar이 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, R1이 에틸그룹인 방법.
  14. 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 하이드록시메틸이미다졸-2-온을 산화시키고 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피리도일이미다졸-2-온의 제조방법;
    상기 식에서, Ar이 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법이다.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 하이드록시메틸이미다졸-2-온을 N-클로로석신이미드로 산화시키는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 하이드록시메틸이미다졸-2-온을 이산화망간으로 산화시키는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, Ar이 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹인 방법이다.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, R1이 에틸그룹인 방법.
  19. (a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디케토-옥심을 환원시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 하이드록시아미노케톤을 제조하고, (b)제조된 하이드록시아미노케톤을 시아네이트이온과 반응시켜 폐환시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 하이드록시메틸-이미다졸-2-온-을 제조하고 (C)제조된 하이드록시메틸이미다졸-2-온을 산화시켜 하기 일반식(I)의 피리도일이미다졸-2-온을 제조하고 이를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피리도일-이미다졸-2-온의 제조방법;
    상기 식에서. Ar이 2-,3-또는 4-피리딜 그룹이고, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹이다.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 디케토-옥심을, 아연금속, 포름산 및 메탄설폰산으로 이루어진 혼합물로 환원시키고; 하이드록시메틸이미다졸-2-온을 N-클로로석신이미드로 산화시키는 방법.
