Claims (9)

  1. 자기 광학 메모리내에 기록하기 위한 자장의 조정용 제어 회로에 있어서, 서로 병렬로 배치된, 정보 신호에 의해 특정지운 양극성의 자장을 발생하는 제1코일과, 캐패시터와 스위칭 회로를 구비하며, 상기 스위칭회로의 개폐는 기록될 정보 신호의 각 전이점에 발생된 고정 지속기간의 제1펄스로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1펄스는 지속기간(여기서, L은 코일의 인덕턴스를 나타내고 C는 캐패시턴스를 나타냄)을 갖는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1펄스는 그 자체의 두 입력으로 기록될 정보 신호를 수신하는 단안정으로 발생되는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 회로는 그 자체의 게이트에서 고정 지속 기간의 제1펄스를 수신하는 적어도 하나의 MOS 전력 트랜지스터로 구성되는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 회로는 헤드-테일 간에 배치된 두개의 MOS 트랜지스터로 구성되며, 그들의 각각의 게이트상에 제1고정 지속 기간 펄스를 수신하는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 트리거 및 서스테이닝 회로를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 및 홀딩 회로는 제1코일과 같은 코어상에 배치된 제2코일로 구성되고 포지티브 전압 및 네가티브 전압 각각에 접속된 두개의 스위치간의 공통점과 접지간에 접속되며, 상기 스위치의 개폐는 제2 및 제3고정 지속기간 펄스를 제각기 제어되며, 상기 제2펄스는 기록될 정보 신호의 트레일링 엣지 만큼 발생되는 반면에, 제3펄스는 기록될 정보 신호의 리이딩 엣지 만큼 발생되는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 고정 지속 기간의 제2 및 제3펄스는 고정 지속 기간의 제1펄스와 같은 지속 기간을 갖는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 고정 지속 기간의 제2 및 제3펄스는 단안정으로 각각 발생되는 자장 조정용 제어 회로.
