Claims (20)
- 길이가 200피트이고, 용접 이음매가 실질적으로 없고, 헤드, 기부 및 웨브로 구성되는, 수평적으로 비대칭인 단일체 강철 철도 레일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 길이가 1440피트인 레일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 압연 공정으로 제조된 레일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 압연 및 비대칭 냉각을 포함하는 공정으로 제조된 레일.
- 연속 주조부; 연속 압연부; 제어 냉각부; 및 최종 냉각 과 이등대를 포함하는 철도 레일들을 제조하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레일이 200피트이상의 길이인 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 레일이 1440피트 길이인 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연속 주조부가 가열 금속 이동지역, 가열 금속 재가열 및 탈 가스 지역, 1이상의 주조 장치, 블루움 이동대, 및 불루움 균열로를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연속 압연부가 크롭/전단 지역, 유도 가열 지역, 및 연속 압연기를 포함하는 시스템.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 연속 주조부가 2개의 주조장치를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 검사, 페인트 칠, 단부 절단 및 결합 제거 수단들을 포함하는 2차 성형부를 더 포함하는 시스템.
- 가단 블루움을 제조하기 위해 용융 강철을 블루움 성형 모울드에서 주조하는 단계, 상기 블루움을 다수의 롤링 스테이션을 거쳐 완성된 레일로 연속 압연하되, 상기 한부분 이상의 압연 동안에 상기 블루움이 1이상의 롤링 스테이션에서 동시에 압연되는 단계를 포함하는 레일들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 레일을 비대칭적 방법으로 냉각하되, 한부분 이상의 압연 동안에, 상기 블루움이 1 또는 2이상의 롤링 스테이션에서 동시에 압연되고 상기 비대칭 냉각되는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 레일이 200피트 이상의 길이인 방법.
