Claims (12)
- 열간 압연된 레일을 실질적으로 압연 길이의 상태로 상온까지 냉각한 후, 적어도 3대의 냉간 거단기에 의해 동시에 소정의 길이로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열간 압연 후의 레일의 적어도 헤드부를 1 내지 10 ℃/초의 냉각 속도로 오스테나이트 영역 이상의 온도로부터 가속 냉각하는 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열간 압연 후의 레일의 길이가 100 내지 200 m 인 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 거단기에 의한 절단에 앞서서, 교정을 행하거나 혹은 교정을 생략하여 계속해서 검사를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 거단기에 의해 교정된 부분을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 3대의 냉간 거단기에 의해 압연 길이의 일부를 제품 길이로 잘라 내고, 나머지부를 후방단에 배치한 적어도 2대의 냉간 거단기에 의해 제품 길이로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 방법.
- 실질적으로 압연 길이의 상태로 상온까지 냉각된 레일을 압연 방향 및/또는 압연 방향에 수직인 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 반송 바닥과, 상기 반송 바닥에 나열되어 배치된 적어도 3대의 냉간 거단기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 거단기는 1대 이상이 위치가 고정되고, 그 밖에는 반송 바닥을 따라서 이동 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 압연 후 혹은 열처리 후에 레일을 상온까지 냉각하는 냉각 바닥과, 롤식 교정기와, 검사 장치와, 반송 바닥 및 냉간 거단기가 연속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반송 바닥에 있어서의 상기 냉간 거단기의 후방단에 또한 2대 이상의 냉간 거단기를 상기 반송 바닥에 나열하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 거단기의 대수가 압연 길이로부터 얻을 수 있는 제품 개수에 1을 더한 수 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 1대 이상의 냉간 거단기 부근에 펀칭기를 병설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일의 제조 설비.
