제1도는 본발명에 따른 인발성형재의 제조방법의 개략도이다. 제2A도 및 제2B도는 제1도의 제조방법에 의하여 제조될수 있는 다른 인발성형재를 도시한다. 제3도는 관형 인발성형재를 제조하기에 적합한 제1도 제조방법의 변형을 도시한다.
Claims (3)
- 인발성형재의 단면을 결정하는 단면형태를 갖는 수지경화 다이를 포함하는 인발성형다이위치의 입구에 코아형성재료 및 표면형성 천을 각각 공급하고, 코아형성재료가 중공덕트의 내측을 통하여 다이위치의 입구로 공급되며 표면 형성천이 다이위치의 입구에 중공덕트의 외측표면 위로 공급되고, 다이위치에 접착수지를 도입하며, 다이위치의 출구로부터 직렬코아의 수지적층된 인발성형재를 잡아당기는 것으로 구성되어 코아에 수지 적층된 표면을 갖는 인발성형재의 제조방법에 있어서, 중공덕트가 근본적으로 인발성형 다이위치 위에 수직으로 배치되고 코아충전재료가 중력의 영향으로 중공덕트를 통하여 인발성형다이위치로 이동되는 것이 특징인 인발성형재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인발성형재의 단면을 가로질러 코아충전 재료의 균등한 분배는 중공덕트의 상부에서 진동스크린을 진동시킴으로써 달성되는 것이 특징인 인발성형재의 제조방법.
- 코아에 수지적층된 내측 및 외측 표면을 갖는 관형 인발성형재의 제조방법에 있어서, 인발성형재의 외측 단면형태를 결정하는 단면형태를 갖는 수지경화다이 및 인발성형재의 내측 단면형태를 결정하는 단면형태를 갖는 수직으로 배치된 맨드렐을 포함하는 인발성형다이위치의 입구에 실제 수직인 통로를 따라서 코아 형성재료 및 표면형성재료를 각각 공급하고, 외측 표면형성천이 맨드렐을 에워싸는 수직으로 배치된 중공덕트의 외측 표면위로 인발성형다이위치의 입구에 공급되며, 내측 표면형성 천이 맨드렐의 외측표면 위로 인발성형다이위치의 입구에 공급되고, 코아형성 재료가 중력의 영향으로 중곡덕트와 내측 표면형성천 사이의 환형공간을 통하여 다이위치의 입구에 공급되는 것이 특징인 인방성형재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
