Claims (10)

  1. 코아와 수지가 결합된 표면을 갖고, 형재의 단면형태를 결정하기 위한 단면형태를 갖는 수지경화다이(18,52)를 포함하고 있는 인발성형 다이장치(8,50)의 입구에 코아형성물질과 표면형성물질을 각각 분리하여 공급하고, 코아형성물질은 중공(hollow)덕트(13)를 통하여 다이장치의 입구로 이동되고, 표면형성물질은 덕트(13)의 외측을 따라 다이장치의 입구로 이동되며, 결합수지를 다이장치(8,50)로 공급하고, 다이장치의 출구로부터 직렬의 코아가 수지와 결합된 형재를 뽑아내는 인발성형된 형재의 제조장치에 있어서, 중공 덕트(13)는 길게 이어져 있고 외측 형태가 길이를 따라 점진적으로 수지경화다이(18,52)의 단면형태를 이루도록 되어 있고 다이장치의 단부는 수지경화다이(18,52)와 유사한 형태를 갖지만 더 크게 형성되어 있으며, 표면형성물질은 천(14,14A)이 다이장치(8,50)로 접근함에 따라 수지경화다이(18,50)의 단면형태를 점진적으로 형성하도록 덕트(1)의 외측표면위로 이동되는 최소한 하나의 천(14,14A)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 인발성형된 형재의 제조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코아형성물질은 수지경화다이(18,52)에 앞서 천(14,14A)을 통하여 최소한 부분적으로 외부로 확산되는 기류에 의해 다이장치(8,50)를 향한 덕트(13)를 통해 붙어진 입자물질을 포함하고 있는 제조장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 입자물질은 대체로 균일한 입자 크기를 갖는 제조장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 기류는 입자물질을 상기한 단면형체에 살포되도록 벤츄리 송풍기(12)에 의해 제공되는 제조장치.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덕트(13)의 내측표면은 길이를 따라 점진적으로 수지경화다이(18,52)의 단면형태를 따르고 다이장치의 단부는 수지경화다이(18,52)의 단부와 단면이 유사하여 코아형성물질이 다이장치(8,50)로 접근함에 따라 수지경화다이(18,52)의 단면형태를 점진적으로 형성하도록 되어 있는 제조장치.
  6. 상기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이장치(8)는 경화디아(18)와 형태는 유사하지만 더 큰 단면형태를 갖는 성형다이(16)가 수지경화다이(18)로 전방으로 이격되어 있는 성형다이(16)를 포함하고 있는 제조장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 성형다이(16)로부터 나온 코아형성물질은 경화다이(18)로 향해 이동하는 천(14,14A)에 매립된 약간 확대된 벽(24)을 형성하여 상기한 경화다이(18)로부터 나온 코아성형물질은 완전한 형태를 이루도록 되어 있는 제조장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 성형다이(16)는 출구단부보다는 입구단부의 단면이 더 큰 길이를 따라 테이퍼형성된 제조장치.
  9. 제1항에 의한 장치에 의해서 제조되는 인발성형된 형재.
  10. 코아와 수지가 결합된 표면을 갖고, 표면은 수지가 스며든 천을 포함하고 있는 인발성형된 형재.
