Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU ŠUPUE SMUČKE I TAKO IZRAĐENA ŠUPLJA SMUČKA od plastične mase ojačane vlaknima, čiji se polazni materijali koji obuhvataju ploču kao i materijal od koga je načinjen spoljni sloj šupljeg tela, stavljaju u jedan kalup i pri tome obuhvataju jednu vazdušnu komoru, pri cemu kalup potom zatvori a vazdušna komora pod pritiskom naduva, tako da polazni materijali nalegnu na unutrašnje strane kalupa i obrazuju jedno šuplje telo, da bi se potom šuplja smučka stvrdnula, ima za novost to što je vazdušna komora načinjena od dva odsečka jednog dvostrukog creva (6; 7). Pri tome se kod svakog odsečka dvostrukog creva (6; 7) na jedno za vazduh nepropusdjivo, tanko i istegljivo unutrašnje crevo (6) od plastične mase navlači jedno spoljnje crevo (7) načinjeno od neke vlaknaste tkanine, pa se to spoljnje crevo (7), nakon što se natopi nekom sintetičkom smolom, naduva pomoću unutrašnjeg creva (6), tako da bude pritisnuto kako na deo koji čmi osnovnu ploču (1), tako i na materijal (5) koji se sastoji od vlaknaste tkanine, takođe natopljene sintetičkom smolom, a koji sačinjava spoljnji sloj šupljeg tela (4), a u središnjem području šupljeg tela (4) na spoljnje crevo (7) drugog odsečka dvostrukog creva (6; 7). Tako se obrazuje jedno vertikalno rebro (8) koja se pruža u uzdužnom pravcu šuplje smučke, pri čemu se svi delovi stvrdnjavanjem međusobno čvrsto spajaju i obrazuju noseću strukturu šuplje smučke.
