Abstract

제1도는 작동시의 과정을 도시하는 개략적 측입면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 주 장점을 설명하기 위해 파이프 조인트지역내 제1도에 도시된 지하 파이프 라인의 단면을 도시하는 확대된 단면적 입면도, 제3도는 경화가 이뤄지는 동안 적소에 경화되는 성분을 보지하기 위해 어떻게 보지관이 사용되는가를 도시하는 제2도와 유사한 확대도.
Claims (8)
- "예비라이너"관을 파이프라인 또는 통로에 놓아 관이 팽창되고, 파이프라인 또는 통로표면에서 관을 팽창시키고 팽창된 예비라이너의 내부표면 위에 그러한 성분층을 형성하도록 유동 성분의 팽창된 예비라이너의 내부표면 위에 분사와 같은 방법으로 가하게 하는 파이프라인 또는 통로를 라이닝하는 방법에서 성분은 파이프라인 또는 통로표면 위에 언급한 성분의 단단한 파이프를 형성하도록 후속적으로 경화되고 예비라이너관은 표면에 유동성분을 후속적으로 경화되고 예비라이너관은 표면에 유동성분을 가하도록 분사장치 같은 장치로 하여금 팽창된 예비라이너관을 따라 변위되게끔 하는 기체형태 폐개물에 의해 팽창되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동성분이 마른 시멘트가루와 물의 혼합물로 되어있고 이러한 성분이 다른 소스로부터 공급되고 분사장치 근처 또는 팽창된 예비라이너관의 내부표면에 혼합되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유동성분이 시멘트 몰탈 물질 또는 보다 선호적으로 경화되고 유리섬유 형태의 보강섬유를 갖는 합성수지 성분이 되는 방법.
- 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분이 분사되고 분사장치가 어떤 알맞은 형태이고 충분한 두께를 갖는 예비라이관은 내부표면 위에 성분의 균일한 층을 가할 수 있게 되어 경화될때 성분은 파이프라인 또는 통로 내부에 스탠딩이 없는 단단한 파이프를 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파이프라인 또는 통로는 팽창된 예비라이너 안으로 사람이 들어갈수 있기 충분한 크기이고 성분은 분사장치 또는 트로웰 또는 다른 알맞은 수단 같은 손을 사용하는 알맞은 장치에 의해 가해지는 방법.
- 제1항에서 5항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동성분이 점도를 가져 팽창된 예비 라이너 표면에 점착성이 있고 선호적으로 균일한 두께층을 갖도록 하나 필요한다면 경화될때 적소에 성분을 유지하기 위해 성분을 가한후 경화가 일어나면서 적소에 성분을 보지하고 가해진 성분의 내부에 놓이는 알맞은 플라스틱 물질로된 다른 보지관을 파이프라인 또는 통로안으로 뒤집는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 보지관이 침투되지 않는 외부층을 갖는 섬유성 펠트의 라미네이트(laminate)를 구성하는 방법.
