Abstract

Un elemento tubolare di materiale termoplastico composito è realizzato mediante un procedimento comprendente le operazioni di predisporre un elemento tubolare (5) comprendente una matrice termoplastico (7) e fibre resistenti (9), predisporre un dispositivo atto a riscaldare l'elemento tubolare (5) ad una temperatura tale da provocare la fusione della matrice termoplastica (7), trascinare assialmente l'elemento tubolare (5) rispetto al dispositivo atto a riscaldarlo, sottoporre la parete dell'elemento tubolare (5) riscaldato ad un'azione di compressione radiale in modo tale da favorire la migrazione della matrice termoplastica (7) fra le fibre resistenti (9), e raffreddare l'elemento tubolare (5) in modo tale da provocare la solidificazione della matrice termoplastica (7).(Fig.1)
