Claims (8)

  1. 외표면을 가지며 도체를 포함하는 기체(1)와, 상기 기재의 외표면상에 형성된 산화 크롬 함유층(2)과 상기 산화 크롬 함유층 위에 금속 산화물의 선구체 용액을 도포하므로서 산화물 절연층(3)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전선.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 크롬 함유층(2)은 전해 도금법에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전선.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 절연층(3)은 산화 규소, 산화 알루미늄 및 산화 지르코늄중의 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재(1)는 동 및 동합금중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 니켈, 크롬 및 스테인레스 합금중의 어느 하나를 그 표면층(22)에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전선.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 절연층(3)은 그중에 분산된 세라믹스 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전선.
  7. 외표면을 가지며 도체를 포함하는 기재(1)와, 상기 기재의 외표면상에 형성된 산화 크롬 함유층(2)과, 상기 산화크롬 함유층의 위에 졸겔법에 의해서 형성된 산화물 절연층(3)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전선.
  8. 외표면을 가지며 도체를 포함하는 기재(21)와, 상기 기재의 외표면상에 형성된 산화 크롬 함유층(23)과, 상기 산화 크롬 함유층 위에 유기산염 열 분해법에 의해서 형성된 산화물 절연층(24)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
