Claims (2)
- 하기의 아미노산 서열을 코오딩하는 염기서열을 갖는 cDNA 단편을 함유한 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 세포를 배양하고 이어서 생산된 인체 과립성 콜로니 자극인자활성을 갖는 단백질을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체 과립성 백혈구 콜로니 자극인자활성을 갖는 단백질의 제조방법.(여기서 m은 0 또는 1이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 서열을 코오딩하는 염기서열이 하기의 염기 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.(위에서 m은 0 도는 1이다.)
