제2도는 제1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 자른 부분이다.
제3도는 제2의 방사부재의 단편만을 나타낸 제1도와 유사한 저면도이다.
Claims (15)
- 용액 또는 고체가 액체내에 들어있는 분산물로 구성된 공급원료를 분무건조기내에 있는 분무기로 분무하여 입자 크기 분포가 좁으면서 부피 메디안 직경이 100-250㎛인 방울로 만든뒤 이들을 분뮤건조기내에서 건조한 미립자 고체로 전환시키는 것으로 구성된 입자 크기 분포가 좁은 미립자 형태의 건조된 고체를 만드는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급원료가 20-55wt%의 고체로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급원료가 30-45wt%의 고체로 구성되는 방법.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급원료가 방부제, 희석제, 계면활성제, 분산제, 배합제 및 습윤제로부터 선택된 하나이상의 부가제로 더 구성되는 방법.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료의 점도가 1mPas-1Pas사이인 방법.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급원료가 예열된 방법.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료가 염료, 안료, 세제, 계면활성제, 쎄라믹, 중합체, 플라스틱, 수지, 살충제, 비료, 약제, 식료품, 무기화학물질 및 유기 화학물질의 중간산물로 부터 선택된 고체로 구성된 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 분무건조기내에 있는 바깥쪽 둘레에 1m당 300-750개의 방사구를 갖고 있는 회전가능한 환형의 방사부재로 구성된 분무기 수단에 의해 분무가 실행되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 방사부재가 말단부 속도가 8-100m/s되도록 회전하는 방법.
