제1도는 보다 명확하게 하기위해 방사구중 일부와 관련 부분들만을 나타낸 방사부재의 저면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선을 자른 부분이다.
제3도는 제2의 방사부재의 단편만을 나타낸 제1도와 유사한 저면도이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 용액 또는 고체가 액체내에 들어있는 분산물로 구성된 공급원료를 분무건조기내에 있는 분무기로 분무하여 입자 크기 분포가 좁으면서 부피 메디안 직경이 100-250㎛인 방울로 만든뒤 이들을 분뮤건조기내에서 건조한 미립자 고체로 전환시키는 것으로 구성된 입자 크기 분포가 좁은 미립자 형태의 건조된 고체를 만드는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급원료가 20-55wt%의 고체로 구성되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급원료가 30-45wt%의 고체로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 전기한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급원료가 방부제, 희석제, 계면활성제, 분산제, 배합제 및 습윤제로부터 선택된 하나이상의 부가제로 더 구성되는 방법.
  5. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료의 점도가 1mPas-1Pas사이인 방법.
  6. 전기한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급원료가 예열된 방법.
  7. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료가 염료, 안료, 세제, 계면활성제, 쎄라믹, 중합체, 플라스틱, 수지, 살충제, 비료, 약제, 식료품, 무기화학물질 및 유기 화학물질의 중간산물로 부터 선택된 고체로 구성된 방법.
  8. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원료내에 있는 고체의 입자 크기가 100㎛를 초과하지 않는 방법.
  9. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질의 끊는 점이 30°∼200℃인 방법.
  10. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물 또는 유기액체로 구성된 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 방울의 분포거리가 0.5-1.2인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 완전히 건조된 고체 미립자의 입자 분포거리가 0.5-1.5인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 분무건조기내에 있는 바깥쪽 둘레에 1m당 300-750개의 방사구를 갖고 있는 회전가능한 환형의 방사부재로 구성된 분무기 수단에 의해 분무가 실행되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 방사부재가 말단부 속도가 8-100m/s되도록 회전하는 방법.
  15. 전기한 항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 생성물.
